- Great apartments, modern and clean. The location is perfect. Host Mamuka is amazing! Very welcoming and can tell a lot about the rich history and culture of Georgia. Best tips about the local restaurants, wine testing and places to see. Also, theres a great variety of house wines and spirits included in the stay.
- Avlabari is a great location to explore beautiful Tbilisi. The Apartment is located 150 meters from Avlabari Metro Station one stop to Liberty square two stops to Rustaveli metro. If coming from the Airport, the Airport Bus 337 stops at Avlabari Metro station. Mamuka the owner does everything to make sure that your stay is a comfortable one.There is also a washing machine onsite which is very handy for an extended stay. It's a beautiful apartment that is new and clean with a very good shower and comfortable bed.I really enjoyed my time here.

From the moment I arrived, the hotel owner personally greeted me at the entrance, helped with my suitcase, and made me feel incredibly welcome. His hospitality was outstanding, and he was always available to assist with any questions or requests. Whether it was recommendations for local attractions, help with transportation, or just a friendly chat, he was always there and eager to help. Overall, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional service.
