- upon arrival, I was treated unprofessionally by the staff and informed that my reservation had been moved to another hotel without my consent. This hotel was 20 minutes away from my original choice, and it was much older and less comfortable. The noise levels were extremely high, making it difficult for me to sleep.Additionally, I experienced severe itching throughout the night, which suggests a cleanliness issue in the hotel. This affected my comfort and well-being, making my stay completely unacceptable.I paid for a hotel that was completely different from what I originally booked, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Given these circumstances, don't reserve again due to the poor service, lack of professionalism, and the unacceptable conditions of the hotel.
