Nicely located near restaurants. Easy to walk to city center.

The location to the old town and the historical temples only 10 mins away by bus that costs only 1.5 euros. Breakfast very good value at 5 euros.

The bed and pillows were too hard and we could not get the room warm however much we tried with the wall unit that only seemed to blow cold but this was in mid April.

This is a basic hotel which got the basics right, unlike some 4 star hotels we stayed at. There was good storage space with plenty of hangers and lots of drawers so we were able to store all our clothes and items without living out of our suitcase. Simple things like sockets at waist level so easy to access, large mirror in bedroom, superb central light so we could read, comfortable warm bed and a bonus, we could access an English speaking TV news channel. The receptionist gave us a detailed map of the town and also the Greek temple site, a printed bus timetable and lots of useful information. The hotel was very clean, and looked newly decorated. Our room was big and also very clean. Breakfast was a good cold buffet and staff were very friendly and helpful. It is also well situated, within easy walking distance of railway station and centre of town and also is just behind a beautiful tree lined boulevard overlooking the valley below. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel and really enjoyed our stay here.

The bathroom was quite small but adequate. Also, the walls are quite thin and noise from adjoining rooms can occasionally be heard but we didn't find this an issue when we stayed there.

Location is great, also staff is very friendly and helpfull. Almost all of them are speaking english.

Bathroom had some mold, whole appartment smelled a bit damp, you need to wait for about 5 minutes for how water in the shower.

The staff was exceptional. The owner explained the bus routes to us twice and provided us with maps and bus schedules, which was very helpful in a town with a very confusing public transportation system. The room was clean, spacious (especially the bathroom!), and very comfortable. Breakfast was good, very typical of what you normally get at an Italian hotel. On the day we checked out, he allowed us to leave our bags inside the hotel so that we could continue to enjoy the town without lugging around our luggage. Because of this, we reclaimed a day of our vacation! Overall, the only thing that may be negative about this hotel is that it's in an alley, but the location is absolutely perfect otherwise, due to its proximity to the train station, bus stops, and restaurants. This hotel was the best value for the price that I've ever stayed in, and I'd recommend anyone who wants to visit Agrigento stay here.

The property needs serious investment in upgrading it as it is very outdated and in poor maintenance (lots of mould in one of the bathrooms). Breakfast was very limited.

Breakfast is in the 1st floor, near our room, so it was noisy in the morning. The street of the hotel is a little bit scary.

Hotel Dell Viale has a good central location nor far to bus station and closer to train station. Using buses, the hotel was convenient to getting to and from Temple Valley. Staff at hotel were accommodating to needs.
