Pros +
- Staff. Location. Direct access to Temples. Comfortable rooms.
- This is a 5 star hotel in every sense of the word. Flawless.
- Perfect location and beautiful rooms. Small but I was upgraded to a room with a beautiful Greek ruins. The staff was friendly and kind but check out, which is usually around noon in higher. Luxury resorts was at 11 AM forcing us to rush to wake up have breakfast pack and get out quickly.
Cons -
- Quality of food and cost of room service.
- The weather... but that isn't the hotel's fault.
- It is a small luxury hotel of the world so it should be tied also to Hilton but because I couldn’t book directly as they said, they had no rooms through the Hilton website I booked through booking. They were kind and helpful, but I lost all possible perks, and points. It is a good reminder to always check booking even when you go directly through any Brand services that you were loyal to. I find if I can’t find directly what I want I hop onto booking and they help. The problem is I had to pay more for a room and didn’t get the top upgrade. I normally would’ve got and then also had to pay extra for the breakfast, which is usually free for a Diamond member at Hilton. But I’m so happy that booking did have the room as I really wanted to stay here in this beautiful Location.

Location
Bathroom didn’t have a proper door. There is a glass partition between the bedroom and the bathroom. The partition is frosted glass around the toilet and transparent glass around the rest of the bathroom. There is no sound or visual privacy.
Breakfast food was good but the staff was slow to initiate service and coffee didn’t arrive until we were nearly done with our meal and water came after coffee. The dinner was excellent food was amazing fresh and tasty.
Gorgeous hotel with great pool, views of the ruins and private access to the temple area. Very hepful staff. Nice gym and spa services...very old school villa charm we loved.
Amazing location! Backdoor access to the Valley of the Temples! Pick a room with a view of the Temple — you won’t regret it. The restaurant is also very good and the staff provided excellent service over the holidays.
Annoyingly, the outdoor furniture was constantly wet — the upholstery holds water and never dried out during our two-day stay. Our room had a charming terrace with a view of the Temple Concordia, but we couldn’t use it because the seat cushions were always water sodden. No point in getting a terrace if you can’t use it. :(
It is of course special to stay within the park. The hotel has the own entrance, which makes the entry simple but also unique. The room itself was very comfortable. The staff friendly as you expect from such hotel. The restaurant has a very good cook. The meal seems expensive compared to other local restaurants, but if you consider the quality, it is fairly cheap. The dinner was very delicious!
I would love to see more smiling staff in such hotel. Everybody was kind, but they looked unmotivated. We have not tried the spa. The cost of it did not inspired us to risk. The hotel is within the park, so the half of the room cost is probably due to this feature.
Very nice but extra payment of €30 per dog for 2 small dogs was excessive.
Location, beautiful rooms, good restaurant.
That we were only there one night.
Location with a private entrance into the temples area, landmark view from the room, prompt room service, easy and free parking
Was in room 103 off the lobby seating area and we could hear every conversation, cough, and laugh. Could not get the heat to stay on so the room was drafty in November.
Everything. There wasn't one thing that they didn't take care of for you. Restaurant was excellent ..for all meals. Bartender was amazing. Front desk so helpful. Room was beyond expectations.
The location and the grounds are fantastic. Very close to the archiological site. The breakfast was excellent and the bartender was top notch
The front desk staff was not very pleasant or welcoming
This resort is 5 star all the way. It may be a little more expensive than nearby options but it is totally worth it! It is inside the UNESCO Valley of the Temples park, we bought our tickets at the front desk and they opened a special gate to allow us to stroll thru a lovely forest of olive trees and a scented garden to reach the main walking path for the temples. The restaurant is excellent for all 3 meals a day and the staff was terrific...especially Ramona for the meals and Giovanni at the bar! The grounds are extensive and there were several places to sit and relax, read and enjoy the surroundings. The Concordia temple is right in front of you at all times and lit up at night which is spectacular. Without question our best hotel experience in all of Italy...over the 6 trips we have taken there!
We didn't want to leave!!!!
The location was excellent with a back entrance into the Valley of Temples. Sitting in the bar and having dinner with the view was so special.
The dogs that started barking at 5:30 am!
The hotel had a great view and easy access to the Valley of Temples, which is why we stayed. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and I love that the coffee/tea is set in the closet with a closed door so as not to wake up other members in the room for your morning coffee. The meals (lunch/dinner) were excellent.
On this trip, I stayed in 5 different hotels/boutique hotels, and although the prices were high because you are paying for the location, it was disappointing that breakfast was not included. Meals, although fresh and delicious, were expensive. Eating across Sicily for 5 days prior, this was our last stop, and the meals for the cost did not wow me (lunch and dinner). Paying for an experience.
Everything. Felt like I was in paradise and wish I could have stayed for more than one night. Everyone from the staff to the beautiful room to amenities was on point. Love the free parking and the welcome glass of champagne provided upon arrival.
Very friendly staff in a beautiful and clean setting
The view of the Temples from the hotel are spectacular. We also enjoyed the pool service and the meals available at the hotel. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Once there, we didn't have to leave. There is also the ability to purchase tickets to the Valley of the Temples and access the park directly from the hotel with a short walk/hike. All of these perks made this hotel the best pick ever! We truly relaxed for a few days in the middle of our multi-city Italian vacation soaking in the sun and views both day and night of this lovely location.
Room had Abeautiful view. Lovely pool. He made a mean margarita.
