Pros +
- Location was great and staff were amazing.
- Loved the setting, charming and rustic atmosphere
- The hotel is a converted farm house. The grounds are beautifully maintained with expansive views of the countryside and the temples. The restaurant is located in a glass enclosed terrace overlooking this wonderful landscape. The breakfast was extensive and the staff could not have been more attentive. We also enjoyed a great dinner. We celebrated New Year's Eve at the restaurant. We had a wonderful time. We enjoyed a 6-course dinner with wine and live music in a gorgeous setting. It was a perfect celebration. The staff did not overlook a single detail. Our thanks to the entire staff who throughout our stay made us feel very special.
Cons -
- WiFi didn’t work. Our room was a bit cramped.
- The room was spacious but did not have any drawers for storage, and it needed better lighting.
- The "terrace" outside our room was more like a very small balcony.

Our room had a view of the city and the temples. The breakfast was good and in a nice sunroom setting. And the staff gave us a tour of the watch tower.
The "terrace" outside our room was more like a very small balcony.
It was historic, elegant, comfortable.
Historical and pretty, good bar.
Thin walls, can hear walking upstairs.
Great location. Lovely property and very good restaurant
The property was beautiful. Ideal setting, thoughtfully curated, attentive staff, wonderful food all in a historical site.
Stunning grounds with awesome views of the Valley of the Temples. Attentive and friendly staff, excellent dinner in beautiful outdoor dining .Room with balcony was clean and comfortable with great views of surrounding area.
The place was beautiful, incredible view of the Temples, nice staff. There was a really nice rooftop, but you can only go there for a few minutes. It would be great if they make that area more enjoyable
We didn’t find a way to arrive by public transportation. I recommend the hotel if you are traveling by car. We took a taxi from agrigento céntrale for 25 euros
This hotel is truly lovely--beautiful location with carefully curated rooms and wonderful staff. The breakfast was large and well one and our dinner overlooking the Valley of Temples was perfect.
The property is beautiful! It’s pristine and has the old world charm of the original building and Sicilian architecture. The rooms are lovely - bright and comfortable and immaculately clean. The staff were amazing! So helpful with any request we had - they helped us get a driver each time we needed one, they served us a great snack when we arrived between lunch and dinner and gave us a tour of the hotel and took us up to see the view at the top of the watch tower. The food was excellent! Breakfast in the morning was served as an elegant buffet in the dining room that is surrounded by windows for a beautiful view and start to your day. The food was so fresh and delicious and included fresh squeezed juices , and plenty of vegetarian options (for me) and non-veg (for my fiancée). Dinner is served in their beautiful gardens with lovely music playing in the background. We were definitely spoiled during our stay !
Everything was great
Fabulous hotel with a wonderful garden restaurant. Food was delicious! Free carpark outside hotel. The only thing missing was a swimming pool. They had a small spa which was average. The highlight was the garden which overlooks the Valley of Temples. Great breakfast. Highly recommend!
They need a swimming pool. Small spa was average.
Beautiful location and such and attentive staff from check in through dinner and the breakfast in the morning, each member was professional and helpful
Actually nothing.
First of all, the staff could not have been more friendly, proactive, and helpful. The historic property is beautifully maintained, and the large outdoor areas are perfectly manicured. The dining area looks over the valley and onto the water, making for stunning views. Having dinner at their restaurant was the right choice—excellent local cuisine, impeccable service.
The rooms need some updating. While absolutely clean, the bedding covers and side tables were old/old-fashioned. The bathrooms got a spiffy update—just gotta work on the decor and beds!
Great location and garden.
It didn’t have a swimming pool, instead there was a jacuzzi which was always occupied. But everything else was great.
Beautiful, pristine property in a fabulous location with a view of the Valley of Temples. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable with the best shower we had anywhere on our trip to Sicily!
The staff and restaurant were lovely. Easy to drive to.
The bed was a little firm, but okay.
Very clean. Charming and relaxing.Staff very friendly.Beautiful garden.
The Gardens were maybe the prettiest gardens I’ve seen in a long time on a private property. It was wonderful to just relax there. The staff were mostly friendly and very helpful. The food was very good at the restaurant although I thought that there was going to be outdoor seating based on the photos.
This property is really one that caters to older British travelers. We were the youngest guests by far. And because of that we felt a little bit awkward. Not included in the same way. I definitely think this is not a place for younger couples or even middle-aged couples. The room itself was OK. The price for each room was very high and it would’ve been much easier to stay in town or somewhere else close to the temples. I thought this was going to be more rustic and resort like in some ways based on the photos And the way the property is described.
