Hotel is located in a quite location, easy access to Alicante city centre by TRAM. The hotel reception staff are extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The room was very comfortable, clean, well decorated with wardrobe, safe box, little fridge, spacious comfortable bed, wide table and TV as well. I also had a perfect impression of the bathroom - extremely clean and organized with everything u need. Near the hotel there is a sports area, gas station, supermarkets and many dining options. I also enjoyed the hotel terrace with a great view of the area.

The €11 price for breakfast does not reflect the selection of food and drinks, but still tasty.

Breakfast was not great, and no vending machines. My room was so hot the first night, it melted our chocolate. The next morning we were told to turn off the heat and open the windows, which was very helpful.

The building is very unique with it's colored windows and would have been easy to find if we had come before dark. The front is well lit and the staff greeted us nicely. They informed us about parking and breakfast. The room was very clean and well organized. The water in the shower was hot and there were nice towels. There was a small refrigerator which we would have enjoyed if we had stayed longer. There was a vending machine if we had wanted snacks and the breakfast in the morning was above average. It was a breakfast buffet and we were asked if we wanted freshly made eggs and bacon, which we had. It was comfortable, the area was quiet, and the food was good. We will return if possible.

We chose this hotel because it had parking available. We had an event at the University the next day. It was a typical university area with college dorms and young people walking or biking in the neighborhood. After driving around the block several times we found the front of the hotel and a parking space on the street. We were told that they did have parking, but it was full. That was the only drawback to this location.

Brand new hotel and you can tell by how new and clean everything is. Oftentimes it's better to stay at a brand new 3 star hotel than an older 4 star. The staff were super kind to us as well. While San Vicente is not a tourist destination (we stayed here because my wife is from this town), it's a good location for those wanting to stay near the university.

The pool is in another university building a block away, not at the hotel itself. But it's good that they at least have that option.

Everything one should and could expect from a hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff available 24 hours round the clock should you need a taxi or anything at all.

Nice and big smart tv, cold room during the hot summer, nice new and quality interior.

Breakfast is ok but very simple, no vegetables during the breakfast, it would be good to add them.

Breakfast was very good for the right price.

The only thing i missed in the room was a coffee machine of a mini bar.

The hotel is very nice and clean. We got an upgraded room. Everything was perfect

We needed an iron and was almost imposible to get one. At the end we manage to bring one from the neighbour hotel wich is frim the same company

It's very clean and very new.

I was given a room with a room for disabled people. So Bath bathroom is very different, when the shower starts, water will go everywhere in the bathroom. But perhaps it is because it was the last room, there is this possibility.

Great hotel. Everything is new.

No coffee pads nor water next day. If you decide to stay few days be prepared that cleaning stuff will not replenish water nor coffee pads in you room.
