    Pros +

    • The man on the front desk was very helpful, the location was perfect. It's a short walk to the university campus. The room has ample light and good curtains.
    • Very clean room, with everything you can expect for the price. Very close to the university campus, with very nice and helpful staff. Good wifi, good AC, the bed is very comfortable and there is plenty of room to store your things. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing to be close to the university.
    • I like the facilities

    Cons -

    • The towels had a very suspect stain on them, and the linen had debris. It did not feel like I was getting into a clean bed! There wasn't a quality quilt but two blankets. So the first evening I was very cold. The bed didn't have a base, so during the night the two single beds pushed together parted and I slipped into the "gap". The products in the bathroom were low quality and irritated my skin. The shower was fast and hot but there was visible mould which should have been removed. The walls were also paper thin and I heard the man int he room next door talking on his phone through the night, coughing and snoring. Although there is one door you open which has a small sink (minus a kettle or anything useful though) and then the door to the bedroom. The man who was in the room next to me left it open during the night and I felt unsafe, as well as the light on. The night before the room was empty and noise free so I didn't have this problem. If they improved the cleanliness of the linen and towels and the quality a little it would help.
    • It can be a bit noisy if you have noisy neighbours because the walls are very thin and not soundproof at all so you can hear the TV or phone of your neighbour. I did but my neighbours's sleeping hours matched mine so it ended up not being a problem. Bring earplugs just in case!
    • didn't like the noise coming from the apartment above, it was every day around 11-12 o'clock. Someone was moving chairs or something and since it is all marble floors, sound proofing is not good. But all in all, decent stay. Maybe a bit to pricey for the value.

Location. Garage in a good price.

It’s noisy. You can hear all the noises from other rooms, noise of closing and opening doors- there is no isolation. It’s really difficult to have rest.

Very nice people work there. It’s close to the university. Excellent warm lunch.

parking is awful, so I had to park in the hotel, which was 7 euros a nightBreakfast only 6 euros but very basicroom was warm at first and only communal control for whole hotelHad a kitchen area but nothing there apart from a sink. Maybe could have put a microwave and kettle???

Nice property and well placed if need to be near the university campus

Not very modern and nice interior but it was okey

    8HanesPosted on: 11-17-2023

Nice hotel. The rooms are a bit spare, but quite comfortable.

Heat seems to be on in the building, and the rooms are very warm unless the windows are open.

    10ValentinaPosted on: 10-27-2023

It was clean, the staff was very friendly, the location is great and near the tram, it's beautiful around the university, with a lot of biodiversity, and it's fun to stay in a university villa overall.

They could've had a bit more variety with the foods offered for breakfast but otherwise it was perfect.

    6DanielPosted on: 8-1-2023

Very good value, room was clean and check in was quick and easy

It suited my purpose perfectly but isn’t in the most convenient location as out of town.

    8SusanPosted on: 3-23-2023

Super friendly and helpful staff. Close to bars and restaurants. Excellent breakfast for 6€.

    Just a little basic.

    8LiborPosted on: 1-29-2023

    great and cheap breakfast

All is working, but don't expect a fancy hotel, this is college, where you can hear your neighbors quite well.

    8MGRTPosted on: 11-8-2022

The location is excellent for going to the University. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet. It is convenient to go to downtown Alicante by tram and bus.

The room cleaning service left a strong smell of detergent. However, it was not a big deal. I opened the windows for ventilation for about ten minutes, and it was quickly gone.

    7CarolinePosted on: 10-1-2022

room and shower clean and towels changed daily.

pool was not clean. no kettle in room.

    8RobertPosted on: 9-21-2022

    No kettle in the room.

Great reception staff, especially Rebeca. She was like a ray of extra brilliant sunshine in an already sunny place. She and her colleagues were always attentive, and went out of their way to help with all kinds of little things.

Breakfast in the refectory was rather basic and unimaginative, but still value for money, and again, great, friendly staff

    7ShawPosted on: 7-18-2022

Standard and comfortable room in a modern complex with swimming pool. Very basic but clean with no frills.

The price for the standar of the room leaves a little to be desired.

    7JanePosted on: 11-13-2021

Nice place very good and reasonable to visit relatives near by. Outstanding shower and very clean

Bed was so hard and I hated the rolled pillows - would take my own in future. One night was very noisy with TV on until 4am
