- The location was perfect... just outside the Old City. There was a young woman who worked there who was amazing with her recommendations. Really helpful!
- Excellent staff! Friendly and helpful.
Cons -
- The first room didn't have the heating working while the second one took some time to heat and the first night I had only 18 degrees in my room. They should start the heating before checkin when they know someone is going to checkin there.

The location, staff
The first room didn't have the heating working while the second one took some time to heat and the first night I had only 18 degrees in my room. They should start the heating before checkin when they know someone is going to checkin there.

Excellent customer service from everyone in this hotel. Great central location. Very clean, no smoke odors. Excellent, above average breakfast buffet. Because my departure flight was very early they even prepared breakfast to go! Pleased beyond words!
