- 1. Prime Location: The apartment is in a great spot everything is within walking distance, which made our stay convenient. 2. Responsive Team: The support team replies quickly, which is appreciated even though the actual help was limited.
- I had a wonderful stay and cant recommend it enough! The property itself is beautiful, with spacious, clean. The amenities were top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly and making us feel very welcome. The location was perfect, central and accessible making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
- Nice spacious room, with all of the facilities that you need. It was a lovely touch having two free waters and two beers in the fridge. It's in a great location and overlooks a square. You have great access to all of the bars and sights of the old town.
Cons -
- 1. Misleading Room Details: I contacted the property before booking and was told the room would be on the first floor. Instead, we were placed on the third floor in a building with no elevator. When I explained that I have health issues and asked for a change, I was told it was my fault for not mentioning them even though I only booked after receiving confirmation about the room location in 1st floor. That response was disappointing and unprofessional. 2. Overheating Issue: The room had ceiling windows only, which made it extremely hot even in winter. We had to use the air conditioning constantly, despite the fact it was raining outside. I cant imagine staying here in the summer. These rooms should not be listed during warmer months without proper ventilation. 3. Basic Supplies Missing: For a 5-day stay with two guests, we were given just four toilet rolls. Thats honestly not acceptable, and we had to buy our own. Its a small detail that makes a big difference. 4. Unpleasant Odor: The room had a persistent bad smell. The team offered to refresh the room, but since the windows dont open, there was no real way to ventilate. Using a spray to cover the smell would have just made things worse we declined.
