Super Clean room, sheets were crisp clean and white! Breakfast was 3 euro per person and was tasty. All the coffee you wanted, fresh fruit, good eggs, bacon, pastries and toast.

Room was smaller than we were typically used to. However we could have chose to upgrade for 20 euro more. Also for laundry service you need to let them know 24 hrs in advance.

Good breakfast 3 Euro/person/day. Free parking. Modern, rather big rooms, bathroom very good. WLAN/WIFI v/good. A/C v/good.

Advertised air conditioning could not be turned on and staff said it wasn't ac season even though temperatures were 85 degrees F

This hotel needs renovation, as the rooms are very outdated and lack proper noise insulation from neighboring rooms. The shower is extremely small, making it difficult to fit inside. We were asked to pay €200 to extend our stay for an extra night, which feels like a rip-off given the quality of the accommodations. Additionally, I was disappointed that checkout is at 11 AM, while many other hotels offer a noon checkout. They even called us immediately to hurry us out of the room.

Rooms facing the main street are noisy, and the overall condition of the rooms is old and worn down. The AC did not work, there is no iron in the rooms, and the showers are tiny

The room was very clean and regularly maintained. The staff was very helpful and nice. There is outdoor and indoor parking (which was very useful in these winter months).

The breakfast was good, but it could be more diverse. Our room was pretty cold and it was hard to adjust the heating, but the staff helped and it was better the next day.

It was what we expected from the Hotel. Ther room and bathroom were clean. There was plenty of choices for breakfast

Be bathroom was way too small and the curtains weren't black out (too much light in the morning)

I'm sure for the price there are plenty of better options.

They accept pets and state that cleaning isn't done when pets are in there. Despite of this, they did open the room, my cat ran away and the manager didn't want to allow me to look for him. He went to the extent to lie saying the Italian law doesn't allow pets in hotel rooms, which I did some research afterwards and found out it was not truth. In the end of the day the cat was hell scared and we had to cut short our trip. Naturally, the 'good' administration didn't want to refund the breakfast we paid in advance, nor the 'tassa di soggiorno' nor any days. I had to open a complain with the main branch to get the first 2 back.The rooms are really, really small.The breakfast was ok-ish. Fruits were green, not ready to eat. They don't know how to prepare eggs. The staff reluctantly prepared me the cappuccino.
