Not readily accessible. 30 minute walk to town. Rented bicycles and this was fine. The bus service was marginal.

Very very BAD!1. I booked the hotel in the evening around 9:00 pm. 2. There was a message from the hotel stating that the reception will close by 10:30 which I couldn't see as I was driving from San Marino to Pisa in rain. 3. When I reach hotel trough a very narrow road, it was 11:00 pm. and all the gates and doors were closed.4. I tried to call the reception but could hear only the recorded message saying that 'no one is available to answer the call, try later'.5. Luckyly I found a person who was staying in the same hotel and opened the gate as he was having it., and I entered along with him.6. Again tried to call the same number from his phone(probably local number) some one answered and told me to go out of the compound as they cannot give the room to me coz we didn't reply to their message. 7. I left the place with my wife and son at midnight, searching for hotel again.8. Sent a message to booking.com from where I booked but didn't get any answer from them too.Finally,1. Looks like this hotel is not in town, not in residential area. I felt it is in the middle of the field where there is no proper 2 way road. Last lap of the road is too narrow.2. Book this hotel if you are reaching before 10:30 pm. If you are late by few minutes, first, they will not look at your message, not ansew your call. Even if they answer, they are rude and stubborn., and your money is gone.3. Better pay some more bugs and stay in good hotel.Kiran Upadhyaya,Bahrain

The staff is friendly, the food is good, children are truly welcome and it is a 10 min drive from the tower of Pisa.

Our room didn’t have shutters on one window so it was quite bright in the early morning.

This hotel was wonderful. We had bunk beds (made our boys so excited) and a queen bed in our room. Good sized bed room and bathroom. In the country away from the downtown Pisa by about 7 minutes. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had breakfast including in our stay. It was amazing. Fresh made eggs and omelette. My 10 year old son got 2 omelette one morning. All included. There is a pool which our boys loved. About 30 mins to the beach.

It was a little dated in the bedrooms.

Our flight was delayed and I sent a WhatsApp message to let them know. They kept reception open for us and were very helpful when I realised I had left my phone in the taxi. They spoke to the driver and arranged to pick it up for me that night. All the staff were very friendly and helpful nothing seemed too much bother for them. The hotel is set in a peaceful location and we found it very relaxing. It is outside Pisa and we hired a car the following day to get about a bit. We did use the bus into Pisa very reasonably priced at 85 cents and easy to use, just tap bank card when you get on.Our bedroom was large with lovely view of pool and mountains. Shutters on outside of windows and Mosquito mesh on windows. Breakfast good value for money- we paid as went at €10 each, plenty of choice. We also ate in the restaurant the food was lovely and reasonably priced.We used pool on one occasion and it was a good temperature and cleaned daily.

There are no comfortable seating areas to relax other than sun beds by the pool, not a huge issue for us but would have been appreciated. Also no glasses in the bedroom to get a drink of water, as we arrived late the first night didn’t realise until we were in the room and by then reception was closed. Drank tap water from our hands, did the job but not as effective as a cup!

Friendly staff. Generous breakfast buffet worth the price. Nice country environment. Clean room. Free convenient parking!!

Outside the city center. Need taxi or car or city bus to get into Pisa

The property is nice and it was closer to pisa.

Our AC is not working good thing is the weather is nice and we just open up the window

Room is old. The blankets were very used. Breakfast was 10 euro each with every thing you should ask waitresNo self-service Towels are not in plastics. No showes for guests. It's out of city. Only good for those who had car

Very polite and caring staff. Special thanks to Sara who helped to have a healthy and delicious breakfast( with No meat , No egg) before we started from the hotel.

Breakfast was the best thing about the hotel. lots of choices. The quality of the croissants and eggs were excellent. The service was great. She was providing good service to everyone desite of the fact that it was very busy. We enjoyed the breakfast immensely

the bathroom in the room was two high steps from the bedroom. The door was very low. My husband was tall, he had to duck his head when stepping up to the bathroom floor. The steps were very high and narrow. It's very dangerous going up and down the stairs. Parking was great, it's free and very close to the rooms, there are enough spots for all the cars there. Rooms are very quiet. bunk beds have no protecting rails on the top bunk, it's dangerous for kids to sleep in the top bunk.

Beautiful secluded quiet property. Host was very friendly and helpful. Met us in the gated parking area, carried my wife’s bag and escorted us to our large air conditioned double room with private bathroom.

Great kind of rural property with various spacious rooms in the outskirts of Pisa. You must have a car to come here, but if you do it is very conveniente. Their restaurant is actually great, Breakfast was fine. Staff is nice. All went well.

Wi fi is not great, and if you don't have a car you can forget being accomodated here. But really everything was great.

It was great staying at this location. It was very clean, nice and comfortable. We went also to their trattoria, behind the reception and everything we tried was very tasty. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Definitely we would go back

Location is a bit out of the way

The environment and views are truly beautiful, and the location is ideal for a one-day stay to visit Pisa or Lucca, or for cycling groups etc. However, it may not be suitable for a romantic getaway or an extended stay.We opted not to have breakfast as we found it to be overpriced and not set up adequately for what was offered. On a positive note, the chef's creations for lunch and dinner, as well as the selection of local wines, were highlights of our stay.Additionally, the ample parking was convenient and appreciated.

First visit was pleasant, but my recent experience was somewhat disappointing.I dislike complaining but this is helpful for guests and the owner.Firstly, the room we booked was not the one we received. We were downgraded to a smaller room designed for handicap access, which lacked a bidet, and no refund was offered. Additionally, the room had several large black ants, particularly near the door and in the corners, requiring us to keep the door closed. Cleanliness in these areas was also below expectations.Moreover, the rooms don't have a mini fridge for water, which is inconvenience. When we raised these issues with reception, we were informed that room assignments are decided at check-in, and no effort was made to accommodate us for the following day.If this is the standard procedure, I recommend clearly specifying on booking.com that room assignments are on a first-come, first-served basis. This would help manage guests' expectations better.Lastly, the staff appeared to be young and lacked hospitality experience, which detracted from the authentic Tuscany experience. The absence of personal management by the owner or experienced staff contributed to this issue.I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve future guest experiences.

We liked surronding, peacefull and beautiful. People were kind and the room clean.

It was little cold in the room espesially to sleep. There was en extra blanket in the closet though but without linen. I dont like to cover with blankets that has been used by someone else. Ekstra cover on the bed with clean linen would make my stay perfect.
