    Pros +

    • Great location for families and dogs! The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There is plenty of space in the apartments and outside, plus a cycle track/footpath that leads to Pise. Also, the parking is free and just outside the area where the apartments are situated.
    • The property is close to the leaning tower of Pisa and had a large parking lot.
    • It's ok for 1 night. Good size bed in the bedroom

    Cons -

    • The TV in our room was not working. We couldn't adjust the radiators and were too hot at night even in January! The walls between the apartments are thin, so we could hear our neighbours moving chairs and opening/closing doors etc.
    • The pool at the resort is not exclusive to guests at the resort. It is open to the public also and it gets crowded. You must wear a swim cap which isn't a problem but should be easily seen on the description to prepare. Rooms are VERY outdated, A/C was very weak.
    • Location was weird, feels untidy outside and at the pool

    Price

Very basic, bed and pilows are bad, it hurt my back. It is very tight to relax, very ship forniture, no cosi at all. No breakfast and it was cold inside. Not really a pleasure to stay. They could change the decorations, ammenities, furniture and remodeling it. It is a good price, clean and ok location for one night fast stay.

Quite clam place not far away from tourist attractions.

Kitchen amenities should be improved. Keeping basic things like salt, pepper, sugar and coffee machine is today's necessity.

Everything was amazing. The apartment room was very clean. There was body wash and hair shampoo in the rooms. Clean towels clean bed sheets.free parking. 10 mins drive to Pisa tower. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. the resort was located in a large green area with nice fresh air. it was quiet and ppeaceful.

Great location close to Pisa, lots of parking and big well equipped rooms.

    All good.

Bad. Stay somewhere else. This place offers nothing but a bed. No pool, restaurant or bar. Not worth the money. Definite

When we arrived we were told that the pool and bar/restaurant were closed and the pool wouldn’t be opened again until next year. The receptionist didn’t offer any alternatives for where to get food or drinks close by. He just alerted us to the fact that there was a vending machine on the premises. Not worth the money. You can find way better accommodation for cheaper somewhere else in a better location. This was 15 mins from Pisa and cost us 30 euro each way in a taxi. We were close to leaving shortly after checking in and finding somewhere else to stay it was that bad. We chose not to and just headed into pisa for the evening to get away from the hotel. There were also beetles crawling on the floor in the bedroom. Also, there is no one on reception after 8pm.

We spent 6 days in the house, me, my husband and our two children. In the house opposite ours were our friends, a couple with two children. We felt safe, like at home, even though the reception is closed after 8 p.m., but it is possible to arrange a later arrival with them. The houses are surrounded by greenery, the environment is extremely peaceful. The houses are clean, well equipped. There were no tenants in the house next door, so we cannot say anything about sound insulation. We didn't need air conditioning. We bought mosquito repellent in the nearby Lidl store, so we had no problems. Near the resort is a bus station with buses that connect the resort with the center and quickly get to the center.

Great property, lovely and clean. Pool was good fun and bar and snacks were lovely.

Wouldn’t recommend staying unless you had a car

    7KyliePosted on: 8-28-2024

my son loved that it was like a camping ground the pool was massive, very clean, friendly staff, able to swim outside of the "closed hours"

location was a little far, but ok. no restaurant on site, not able to purchase meals as such, as we are international travellers it was a lot harder for us to find a supermarket to be able to prep our own food.the air con was only in the main living area, not in the bedroom, so made it very uncomfortable for sleeping.

Ideal for a one night stay prior to flying from Pisa airport (15 minute drive). A lovely public swimming pool is linked directly to the property which is open for additional hours for guests once closed to the public. They also serve poolside food and drinks.

Apartment was very basic. The doors were left open on arrival which meant the apartment was very hot and had mosquitoes inside . The room did not have mountain views as advertised (although they could be seen from the pool).

We didn’t expect that much from a holiday park for the money we paid but our last night was a pleasant surprise. Nice staff, that assured us of check-in until 21.00 and also self service options in case we would come later. Excellent value for money, close to Pisa center (8 minutes) and airport (14 minutes). Large swimming pool, snack facilities and 24/7 excellent coffee machine. The bed was super comfortable and everything was very clean with plenty of towels. Air conditioning worked very well and views are nice. It actually feels like you’re almost in the mountains while in reality the location is close to Pisa center.

The houses are inside a bit dated but certainly well kept

The pool was very nice. The room was okay.

We expected the appartement to be more equipped. My daughter accidentally pulled the alarm cord in the shower. Thank goodness it wasn’t an actual emergency because nobody showed up.

    6EmilyPosted on: 7-25-2024

Big bedroom and good facilities/amenities, friendly staff.

Pool party next door with loud music playing until late at night, no secure parking available.

    8AdrianaPosted on: 7-25-2024

We have stayed only for one night there as we wanted to visit Pisa and afterwards drive to Livorno (on ferry). The distance was really good, so we had no stress with travelling.

    no negative comment.

    6MathieuPosted on: 7-20-2024

No possibility to use facilities such as swimming pool

Swimming pool was privatized when we arrived with no possibility to use it. The bar supposed to close at 8pm was not providing service as of 7pm

    7KarenPosted on: 7-17-2024

Lovely room with speedy checkin and some nice facilities.

Very noisy - loud music coming from pool area from other guests. Pool also appears to be public so incredibly busy and lead to problems parking.

The location is very good and quiet. The cabins are large, squeaky clean and comfortable. Even the sofa bed was actually a nice surprise. Very good value for money..

The fact that we had to clean everything ourselves was a bit much to the point we had to make sure the bins were taken out. Never seen anything like it. But overall it was an ok place, for a caravan staycation.
