Distance where I was supposed to be. Very clean

Train noise after midnight as my room 403 was right on the railway tracksOutdated shower and thermostat of the shower wasn’t good.

Clean, comfortable, and well located. I would stay here again.

The hotel is in good condition, slightly dated but comfortable and spacious.We had a longer stay than most and they don't automatically room clean which suited us (nothing worse than playing dodge the cleaners) but halfway through the stay we requested a refresh and it was done straight away.It was an easy stroll into the centre and the station is nearly next door (good sound insulation worked a treat!Car parking was free (was a bit confused about the chargeable parking offer, but that was for the garage below).

The evening meal offering was expensive and uninspiring (breakfasts were fine, though not the best we've been offered).We were out of season and it felt a little underused, and there was no atmosphere in the hotel bar (they have another bar which was closed).

The staff was very friendly and immediately focused on hospitality! The rooms are well equipped, the bed comfort is above average, the bathroom is clean, towels are above average quality, there are plenty of outlets, very good lighting, and windows function very well and allow excellent fresh air circulation. The breakfast buffet is very, very good. There is an excellent selection of everything a guest would like to have in the morning. Very well done. There is plenty of parking, the hotel is very close to the train station and is just 3 to 5 minutes walking distance from the old part of Rotenburg. I highly recommend the hotel!!!

Very good quality hotel.Easy to communicate in English with reception and restaurant staff. Plenty of parking.

Friendly staff. Secure bicycle storage. Good breakfast with nice coffee machine. On the edge of a beautiful town with lots of dinner choices.

We were sent to the very end room of the corridor, directly beside the train lines and where the wifi (router in the centre) didn't reach. Were we sent to the noisiest room with no wifi because we were Booking.com guests? Sometimes I think so. Surely guests from outside the EU should have the best rooms for wifi?There was a complicated system at breakfast about reserved tables. There was no one to greet us and we wandered through the four different breakfast sections looking at every table in case it had our name on it - we still don't know which guests had reserved tables and why! We found a table with no name and claimed it. If you have a reserved table system, guests should be greeted and guided (we weren't the only lost souls!).Overall, the price is too high for the product

The hotel was close to the station and affordable.

The train tracks are just beside the hotel with freight trains running late in the night.

Nice view, big room, confy bed and pillow. Good breakfast. Complementary Nespresso machine in the room.

Room is a bit old, outdated. Cleaning especially of the floors/carpets cood be better

Disappointing

I was basically kicked Out of my room before the time I rented IT, my stuff was packed by the cleaning personell

Perfect locatoin - Just on the main train station.Short walk to the old city, the Fulda river and to shoping center.The room & bad are very comefortable + bonus: coffee machine in the room.Generous breakfast and more than all - great welcoming stuff.

No aircondition - a problem in hot days (because of the noise from railway in front the north rooms)

- parking situation bad, no space, no help- shower old and nearly not to handle- unfriendly service- digital check-in filled but not used at reception- price much to high for offered package

- nice location - clean, modern and comfortable - excellent breakfast - free on site parking- large room with seating area

- the reception staff didn't know how we could open the gate to exit the parking. We found out you need your room key, so check out after picking up the car. I think the staff should know this.

A big room with a nice view, a very comfortable bed and à GREAT breakfast buffet. I highly recommand !

It is a modern hotel. It was clean and well presented and the staff were courteous We had good bicycle storage (we were cycling the Fulda Radweg) in the underground car park. The room was comfortable to stay in.

The hotel is next to a very busy railway line, with a huge amount of freight traffic. It was very loud and did disturb our sleep a bit. Ear plugs are advised.
