Pros +
- Staff was amazing and the hotel location was great. Parking garage is really convenient and breakfast was great. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and very clean.
- Superb
- This is a hotel in a small city, the location is a bit odd in that the entrance is back from the road and difficult to see, but it is nice enough, the bed was just firm enough for me, and the temp control in the rooms is good.
Cons -
- I struggled with the thermostat in the room and never could get it to actually blow hot air. Eventually just turned it off and covered up overnight.
- The lift to the 3rd floor would be great :-) especially with all the laguage ones carrying upstairs ... I saw the lift exists however it was not in use ... permanantly apparently...
- The Sauna was out of order (at least that is what lady at the desk said, maybe they just didn't want to clean it) and there were no towels in the pool or locker room), the lobby/entrance isn't well lit some of the time.

Breakfast was fine.Parking space.Good location.
Staff couldn't find my booking while checking-in.Paid bottled water in the room is absurd. While paying by terminal in lobby, staff tried 5 times to charge my card online after payment was done (card has been blocked due to anti-fraud detection).Tax invoice was written incorrectly, even after providing all required information's on business card.Check-out took around 30min because person who was taking care about it was unexperienced and was not speaking English, experienced staff didn't help to make process quicker.
Great location and nice rooms
The breakfast was always the same, nothing changed the whole week I spent there
Passable
No renewed amenities or waterEven the shampoo or toothpaste were finished Of course the answer is I can ask reception but why the housekeeper doesn’t pay attention
- The WiFi connection was good within the room and the hotel. - the food in the hotel restaurant was great. - the room was spacious. Automatic lighting for the bathroom
- the pillows were uncomfortable. The bed was too firm.
Been here twice. Close to the city center, stiil very silent rooms alsothe ones facing to the main road. Most of the parking lots outside but basement parking possible as well. Outstanding breakfast.
Hamburger at dinner was average.
