The staff is very good, kind, and friendly.

There is no entrance to the hotel from the main street.

The location was practical for me. The staff were pleasant and the rooms were clean.

I couldn’t sleep at night there were too much noise of people moving around the corridors. Maybe because my room was next to the reception area.

The place has the right price for the service that offers. It is in an industrial zone, but it is ideal for a quick nap on a further travel

The place didn't feel that safe, although nothing happened. A window in the back was smashed and there was mold eating the walls. However, the place was still clean and comfortable enough

It's a good place to spend one night. If you want to attend a concert at Le Bikini, for example. The bed was comfortable, no noise at night and it has A/C and good WiFi.

I think the rooms need some remodeling, mainly on the walls, because the paint is peeling off.

Cynthia, on Reception, was outstanding- she went above and beyond to help us with solving a problem, making phone calls and finding information way quicker and better than our limited French would have yielded. Secure room found for our bikes. Quick and easy return to canal du Midi

Generally well comfortable, quiet area, free ample parking, everything was in perfect working order. Last time i was here i got a room with many deficiencies but this time everything was ok. Internet not checked.

The breakfast is not worth the cost and the room was very cold. A cheap chain hotel on the outskirts of Toulouse. Plenty of free parking outside. A basic but clean and comfortable room. 30 minutes walk from Le Bikini concert venue (which was why I was staying there) and about 10 minutes walk from a couple of restaurants on the nearby main road. There looked to be lots of buses on the main road as well if you're heading into the city. There's an ALDI supermarket just 2 minutes walk away. OK for an overnight stopover.

No glasses or cups in the bathroom - I had to go to reception to ask for one and was given a paper cup - I was told that they didn't provide cups because they aren't sustainable (they are if they're not disposable!)

It was clean. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom new and large. There is a bathtub. Electrical outlets by the bed.

Our stay was fine, it was very clean, we could not fault the effort put in by the cleaning staff and the wifi worked well.

Generally, the hotel and room itself were very run down, paint was falling off the walls, there was no air con and the room was very hot making it hard to sleep. When we opened the window the room filled with the smell of smoke from people smoking outside so we had to close it. We arrived about an hour early for check-in and were told to come back later. When we did come back we noticed we could've paid for early check-in but were never told, having been travelling since 5 am that would've been helpful. There were no tea or coffee making facilities, just 2 paper cups to get water from the bathroom sink.

Very useful, fully equipped, communal kitchen/dining room, which provides a good self-service continental breakfast, but which you can use in the evening to prepare and eat your own dinner, which you can buy at the very nearby Aldi supermarket. The bilingual receptionist, who was from the Caribbean, was extremely helpful when our rental car suffered a puncture. Europcar were useless to begin with, but she sorted them out with numerous phone calls. Don’t use Europcar in Toulouse!

It was clean functional and well located for our needs we had stayed there before the young lady who handles check in is a ray of sunshine and goes above and beyond every time

The room was very tidy and the front desk service was very friendly.
