The Originals Access, Hôtel Innostar

Pleasant

The check-in is very difficult, there is no easy instruction, and the machine doesn't work properly.

A 2star hotel with 2star amenities, you pay cheap for cheap amenities.

In the same state than 20 years ago.

The location is great with easy access to restaurants, a shopping centre and the autoroute. The breakfast was very good.

Easy as in location.

The room was next to the outside stairs so got waken up every half hour when someone got up or went downstairs. Additionally, the group of kids that were there too were knocking on all the doors and made it a game while people wanted to try to sleep.

Clean, good welcome

Not straight forward to find

The hotel is conveniently located close to the A61.As it is located in a business area, the hotel was relatively quiet on a Friday evening.

Although the corner shower was fine for me (medium-size person)?but it could be uncomfortable for a larger-size person.

Pleasant staff, parking on the doorstep, hot shower and a nice breakfast .

Very poor lighting in the room, no desk and no hairdryer (perhaps in reception but by the time we noticed it had closed)

Navitshen cordial and very helpful when I checked in. Ample parking and. close to the toll road.

Breakfast was satisfying

All the kinds of insects was sharing us the room. Very smalll rooms, not like on pics,.No small towels only one big for shower and face, and we ask them to clean the room, they didn't respond ?

Location, reasonably quiet, pleasant shower, space and pathways to walk our dog, friendly helpful staff

room was a little too small, breakfast was just ok, could do with more selection of cereals, and iff very busy probably benefit with another coffee machine as it is slow

the staff was very friendly and helpful.the location was good for my business (in Labege)the room was in line with my expectation and the class of the hotel

Easy access from the motorway for an over night stop. Free parking. Walking distance to a number of restaurants.

No shampoo or hairdryer, small room and beds.

easy to get to and parking is free

no space in the room, very cramped and paper thin walls

Very nice staff. Super friendly and helpful.

Outside I saw a couple of rats.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

Rooms were so small and did not smell good at all.

Hotel room was small but very clean and the air con was working well which was good as it was hitting 40C.

We booked this hotel because we were on a long road trip and needed to wash clothes. Booking.com advertise this hotel as having a washing machine. There are no washing machines available here.

Clean sheets and bed. Nice personnel

There were bugs (like beetles) in the rooms. Only one single towel per person

Best staff ever

Nothing honestly

There are many restaurants close to the hotel, and the hotel offered special discounts for some of the restaurants.

No hair dryer
