    • Big comfortable bed and good sized room. The cleanliness of the room. The efforts of the cleaners, the receptionists and breakfast staff were appreciated as they often went out of their way to be helpful
    • Great hotel. Clean, spacious room. The guy at the reception was super nice and friendly, and helpful. There was secure parking that was included in the price.

    Cons -

    • Their shuttle service was delayed and we sat at he airport for over an hour very late at night. They should advise guests of this useless service beforehand so we could have booked a taxi.
    • It was soulless in a soulless area, rather too far out of the city centre to facilitate sight seeing. No kettle in the room and even at breakfast the water was not hot enough to brew tea, a problem for us older Brits
    • They have centralized AC, which you cannot regulate in the room. What’s really annoying is that they force cold air during daylight and WARM air during nighttime. Try to sleep with 85 F during summer. Good luck.Tip for travelers:keep the window for 1h and switch the AC off from the electric panel, until the temperature is cool enough.Tip for hotel owners: HUMANS SLEEP BETTER WITH COOL AIR!

Location, clean and quick kind reception staff

Bathroom poorly maintained, restaurant staff not efficient enough, breakfast too basic

The breakfast was the only one in that I had in Spain which contained actual vegetables. Also, our rental car had a malfunction, and Ardinsh, was exemplary in helping us.

Two floor tiles outside were loose, and I was told tgat it wasn't new.

The breakfast was sufficient, tasty, selection of food was as expected.

The room key card regularly stopped working requiring repeated visits to the front desk and the same happened to my colleagues. The hotel has problems with heating - corridors very cold (especially 1st floor above the ground floor), heating in my room was not working (fuses on off) apparently it was not checked before my arrival, however the personnel fixed it quickly, the minibar was not checked as it contained half-open water package when I arrived.

The hotel looks old, but it is very clean inside. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is rich, and parking is very convenient for self-driving Very close to the zoo

    The staff was very friendly

No any Decoration, the property looks like abandoned. No light around the property, almost felt down on the stairs outside bc is pitch dark. No lights at all. Visible the hotel had better days, cracked tiles, fence, walls, lobby area empty, broken water features, pealing paint outside, looks like is already closed. Fence falling apart, rooms are fine, but you see on the furnitures the tears. Cracked tiles, loose screws.

Reception are helpful but limited to what they can do.

I stayed for 3 days and the restaurant was closed for 2 days: on 7th and 8th November because they had a group activity/meeting. Good for their business but bad for me ; I was not able to get a coffee in the hotel after 2 pm bcs restaurant was closed, I noticed that they had a large group meeting which they handled by leaving other guests with no service. P.S. there is a vending machine; could get cold coffee, cold drinks and sandwiches but is not my choice, else would stay in 2 stats hotel.Restaurant and coffee shops are 10 minutes walking, it was my first business trip to Spain, I did not expect to have to walk for 10 minutes to get a cup.of coffee and then again must look for food outside the hotel.

    Staff and location.

The hotel needs an urgent renovation.

There was a snack machine at the reception which can be convenient, even though I didn't use it. The checkout is at 12h. It was reasonably clean.

Hotel is not worth 4 stars at all and not worth the price. Outside, the building facade is peeling off in places. Inside the furniture is old, dark brown, peeled in places and it has the "old furniture" smell. The matrace is squeaky, soft and very low quality. There are just two very small, narrow and thin pillows on a double bed. Only a sheet to cover yourself with. There is no kettle and no instant coffee/tea bags to help yourself with (as usual in a 4 or even 3 stars hotel). No water bottle on arrival, no extra blankets, slippers, iron, robe or sewing kits. Breakfast was very limited and the same both mornings I was there.

The room was comfortable and large for a European hotel. Everything was clean.

The property is in need of some cosmetic maintenance. Mostly things like chipped tiles in the bathroom, bungled up corners on furniture and corners. The outside facade needs to be repaired. The courtyard needs to be maintained and maybe have some furniture.

Close where I was working, room was comfortable

Nothing around hotel, except McDonalds to eat (or in Cinema) so taxi to city only option Outside needs coat of paint and no English tv channels at all.

It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the view was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It’s a bit outdated. The exterior especially needs attention with peeling paint work.
