AC Hotel La Finca

During my recent stay at Hotel La Finca, I discovered a gem nestled conveniently close to my office, making it an ideal choice for my business trip. What truly impressed me was the seamless blend of accessibility and natural beauty that surrounded the hotel. The verdant landscapes and nearby expansive park not only provided a picturesque backdrop but also offered ample opportunities for jogging and running, allowing me to invigorate my mornings and evening with refreshing outdoor exercise. Back at the hotel, the well-equipped fitness room further complemented my active lifestyle, ensuring I could maintain my workout routine with ease. When it came to dining, the hotel's restaurant exceeded expectations with its delectable breakfast spread and delicious meals, satisfying my palate with every bite. Additionally, the convenience of accessing taxis through Uber made exploring nearby attractions, such as Madrid, a hassle-free endeavor. Overall, Hotel La Finca surpassed my expectations, offering a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and rejuvenation, making it a memorable stay worth revisiting.

1. They can keep Iorning box and table in every room. I could not get one when in need. They provided one later.2. I had a tough time in getting an reservation through an email. Originally my booking at La Finca was done thru Egencia by my colleague and hence all the details of the reservations went into my colleague's inbox. Myself and my colleague called several three times to send the reservations to my inbox so that I can process my Visa, but no luck. I also drop email to email ID of Marriot, but no response as well. I could not get an email address of La Finca. Lastly, I had to do a fresh booking thru booking.com. This was frustrating.

Rude staff, specially reservations, they just want to charge visitors without any consideration.The guy on reception was not even listening

Location

No true restaurant, only breakfast. No room service, just a fridge with small amount of items. Extremely cold hallways and lobby, reception area. Floor heaters were not enough. Not enough hangers in the closet, Nespresso coffee machine did not work.

Overall a regular bland Marriott with a negative twist.

Apparently, in Spain, 4-star hotels do not provide valet services/assistance. I am one of those that carries my own bags always. However, this was a family vacation with a 6-year old and a pregnant wife. We had four heavy suitcases. Imagine my surprise, when after the taxi driver unloaded them, and I went it to ask for help, the gentlemen at the reception desk cheerfully (!) informed me that in Spain, 4-start hotel do not provide valet services to their guests, and therefore, I can enjoy myself handling the luggage all on my own after a 20-hour journey from Asia. Funnily, having a valet's help loading and unloading luggage was my primary reason for not getting a better value-for-money AirBnB. Hope this is helpful for someone in a similar situation.

The staff was very rood no one to pick your luggage and the AC at room was not working and they change the room for me three times but still the AC was too hot then I left the hotel and book another one please believe me it’s not worth any star

Great room and bed, very quiet. Fairly good breakfast. Easy to park.

Excellet Hotel, furniture looks new, incredible views of this rooom, near to Madrid.Surroundings with lots of trees, near Pozuelo, where there is a street full of shops and restaurants, very easy to access and park.

Already third time in the Hotel, fully recommended if you do not mind to be in the outskirts of MADRID. Great rooms and excellent beds. Very quiet and very good breakfast.

By car is OK, not very handy if using Public Transport, but not Hotel fault.

Room service was absolutely unacceptable!soooo bad! doesn’t even deserve to be called room service. food arrived in a paper bag!!! pizzas for the kids were small, tasted bad, and looked like they came straight from the supermarket! it came in a “pizza box”. my fish also came in a “prepared food” container! veggies looked like it came straight from a can. Horrible! no salt or pepper. one set of cutlery that was disposable like the rest of the stuff. Beyond disappointed that a Marriott hotel would choose such a vendor to have room service! totally overpriced as well. No slippers or robe in the room. only electric socket on one side of the bed.

The property was very elegant and modern.

The tv channels were basic, bar and restaurant are open in the weekends and the breakfast foods were over cooked.

Breakfast was very good and the staff very very friendly It's time to change the mattresses, definitely they are not MARRIOT STANDARD.

Food was great, position good, Reebok sports club across the road was superb, the hotel can arrange a day pass for a fee.

Was put in a room with non opening windows. Changed asap. Smoke detectors in rooms have very bright LEDs. Sounds crazy but honestly they are so bright and flash they keep you awake.Also rooms can be warm.
