I just wanted a basic facility hotel - it did that perfectly; friendly staff and comfortable clean room. Good location if you want to be on outskirts of city with free car parking but with convenient public transport to Centre

Easy to find and free parking. Near a big supermarket.

It was a little noisy by the road .

There was a tube nearby to get to Madrid.

It was literally in the middle of nowhere and no bar or leisure around. The vending machine was not working and overcharged us. No answer to our complaints about it.

The staff and the price was good.

The noise in the morning is unbelievable, way too much noise by the cleaning staff. Plus you can hear everything in the room.

The cleanliness and size of the room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Short walk to the tram station and plenty of free parking.

Restaurant not open after breakfast and no bar. Only one restaurant next door, a very good Thai, but nothing else in walking distance.

Very nice place with kind and helpful staff. Breakfast was additionally paid but very good. It wasn't expensive and everybody could find something for themselves. Beds were comfortable. Hotel placed in a quiet part on the outskirts of Madrid, but with metro and metro ligero it was easy to get to. I liked the stay.

Location is great for what we wanted, quick uber into centre too. Quiet, comfy and good breakfast. Ideal. Been twice and will be back

The WiFi was broken on arrival but was fixed during the stay.

We had an amazing experience during our stay! The bed was very comfortable, and the bedsheets were clean and fresh, with no unpleasant smell. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped with everything you might need for a short stay. Overall, it was a great and comfortable visit. The breakfast was great—plentiful and satisfying, with everything you need to keep you full from morning until almost dinnertime. It was the perfect start to the day, especially if you plan to walk a lot and explore the city.

Great staff.. very helpful! Clean rooms and bathrooms. Comfy bed too. Fabulous breakfast. A little out of the way but a €20 taxi fare, takes you into Madrid city! Shopping centre (Carrefour) is literally down the road and the Thai fusion restaurant was quite nice too.

Special thanks to Roberto at the reception. He was super helpful as he patiently draw on the map the best road to tour Madrid for one day and where to park the car. The beds were very comfortable. Just the pillows were a bit too soft for me but my husband liked it that way. The room was spacious, clean. We love the electric kettle with free coffee and tea in the room. The breakfast was excellent. The location was super, 15 minutes by car to Madrid center. We saw a green public bus that stops right next to the hotel. I suppose you can take it to Madrid. The parking at the hotel is very spacious and free. At 5 minutes distance there is a huge Carrefour supermarket that is open until 10:00 pm. The garden around the hotel is lovely. We saw a few rabbits running around.

The only trouble was the nose from the other rooms. Others in the group didn't bother but I had to sleep with my earplugs.
