The breakfast is very good

Clean room, good breakfasts, friendly staff. Several nice restaurants nearby.

We love the coziness of the whole place, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast delicious.

Breakfast and dinner for the half board were really nice. I enjoyed it very much, the room was also comfortable, more than what I expected for the price. All good

Not much to say, only that there were no slippers included in the room; everything else was very nice. Also, the TV didn't work or I didn't know how to make it work properly, probably not configured to work without internet, but after all I didnt really needed it.

They have smart TVs in the rooms but they are not able to connect to the internet so unable to use any of the features or apps such as Netflix.Seem to be a bit short staffed at breakfast first day there was only one member of staff who was so busy he just ignored me until I started helping myself to the buffet, then I got his attention.

The breakfast was good. The hotel was close to the bus station for the bus that takes you to Barcelona city.

It was a bit expensive for the value but at the time there were some conferences happening in nearby so it was full and this made it a bit more expensive than normal.

Quiet hotel, near a park. Walking distance - 15 mins- to local business school.

No coffee in room. Limited restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was good, a good variety of products and the service very attentive .

A very bad smell ( sewage) in the bathroom , spreadind all over the room.We had to sleep with windows open, was impossible to stand the smell.Corridors- very dark and bad smell also.Food in restaurant: very bad.At the price we paid:€240/night we even did not receive one bottle of water...only by payment...all the hotels offer free one bottle of water

Everything was great! The hotel is located in a safe, beautiful neighborhood. The staff were incredibly friendly and polite. Highly recommended! We also had a very delicious dinner - I highly recommend trying the veal mellow. Breakfast was excellent as well.

The staff was incredible and very accommodating. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Restaurant was good. The bathroom and shower were exceptional vs other ones we encountered in Spain.

We had two single beds that were pushed together and would have preferred a double bed. It was not easy to get to Madrid city center.

Flexibility at check-in and checkoutPleasant and helpful receptionist. Good breakfast buffet. Not crowded at the time l stayed. Comfortable room.

No parking available for guests. Nearest parking was with additional cost. My bathroom shower was small for a double bedroom.

The hotel was a simple modern design with reasonable places to meet.

The room was sparse to say the least. At this price I expected at least a bottle of water or tea making facilities in the room. There was even space for them that looked like they had all been removed. Table in the room was very narrow and barely allowed for a laptop to be perched on it. Room was not the cleanest room I’ve ever been in with long hairs on the bathroom floor.

The TV didn't work. The hairdryer was not user-friendly and it is a challenge to dry hair after a minute. The room was quite small and tight. I also didn't like at all that they took my credit card and copied its information even though I paid the whole amount during the check-in.
