Pros +
- It was a very clean and pretty hotel
- the pool is amazing and the views to die for.
- The pool was awesome and gigantic. The pool staff were friendly and the view from our room and the pool, was of the ocean, which was spectacular and we got some good sunset views. The front desk staff were very friendly. We had a problem with our balcony door and they fixed it immediately. The staff at the restaurant were also very nice and offered great service.
Cons -
- The location. The neighborhood didn¿t look great and not much transportation to get around unless you rent a car.
- I did not feel great about the location. It seemed like it was not in the best part of town. However, we were not leaving the hotel for any reason, so staying at the hotel, felt very safe.
- Breakfast wasn’t great after the morning rush, tables weren’t set anymore, not everything was restocked. In addition, the staff appeared rude in the sense that we walked into breakfast there was not sign or anything to name ur room number. So we just went with it out of nowhere someone yelled at me what the room number is. Same when I took my stuff to the car being on the phone, they passive aggressively made me aware of their existence at reception suggesting I would leave w/o checking out and paying. The vibe just wasn’t what I would expect in a 4 star hotel. In general it’s just not 4 stars the rooms are basic and show wear and tear. AC not cooling during the day.

The property was very quiet and there is enough parking onsite.

The view was amazing. Room was clean. Staff was very freindly. Rooms were great, big. The pool was really amaizing.
hotel needs update on decoration etc
The property was nice as it was in ocean and had a beautiful pool, and the views were amazing!!
I didn’t love area around hotel. Also it’s an older hotel so could use some renovations..
Beautiful beachfront view over the Bay of Naples. Salt water swimming pools with pool bar. Good breakfast. Gated parking lot on site. Great restaurant on site
Reception staff was friendly
There was a saltwater pool, but you needed to wear a swimming cap - unacceptable The pool person assisting people was very unfriendly. No coffee in the room this is usually quite standard as a complementary service.
Nice big gym. Old equipment but everything was working. Our room got cleaned every day and got replenishment of shampoo and intimacy as often as needed.
I did not like that u have to wear head cap for the pool. Because of this reason we did not use the specific pool at all. We only went to the salty swimming pool instead (no head cap required). We were leaving around noontime and asked if we can still go to the pool just to lay down (it was like 4hours or so) and we had to pay for sun-bets!!! I thought this was included since we paid the stay at hotel. Hotel breakfast was very limited and it was the same stuff every day. After three days I was already fed up of the same stuff. There is restaurant at the hotel which they give free wine for the first night. I do not recommend, it is not worth at all. Very cheap wine and the food was not good at all. The selection was limited as well. I got truffle pasta and it was extremely salty that I took 3 bites and had to stop. I even doubt that they used truffles but it did not taste like it at all. I told staff that it is extremely salty and they just said oh okay.
Nice pool and free parking. Good breakfast and nice view of the sea.
Could not enter the sea, as the waves were hitting the rocks pretty hard so no sea access.
The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The swimming pool area was clean and very agreeable. Great view to the ocean from the rooms and restaurant. The hotel is not very big which is very nice, as it is not very busy with people; at least at the timeof year we went. The breakfast was also very nice.
The property was very clean and agreeable, but I am not quite sure I would rate it as a 4 star-hotel. Lovely nonetheless.
Swimming pool area was very nice with a view of the sea Fitness room very good with all good quality machines, staff very helpful and polite Overall we were vey happy with our stay
Breakfast was pretty good. Lots of variety and very fresh
Hours of pool could be open later. Pool could be heated a bit during May. More outlets for charging technology devices in common spaces.
Awesome view of the sea from the room. Excellent continental breakfast. The staff was incredibly nice.
Rooms furnitures obsolete. The parking was not great for an hotel big like this one.
Very nice to have warm scrambled eggs and bacon and potatoes.
Property was clean
- Food was pathetic and overpriced.- Location was too far from public transport.
great location for seeing Vesuvius, Pompeii and Herculaneum.Hotel was very clean and the breakfast was great!
The view from the balcony was amazing, the staff were also very friendly.
The hotel is under construction. The indoor pool was not available (not often), the out door pool was roped off. There was no where to get a snack or coffee through the day. When the hotel is completed or renovated I’m sure it will be a great place to stay.
The staff here are amazing. Friendly, helpful and go out their way to make you smile, especially the reception staff. Well run hotel with fabulous views over the bay of Naples. Peaceful and relaxing. We will return.
Beautiful view, friendly staff (Daddo and Angela were helpful and cheerful), we didn't get a chance to enjoy the facilities much because we were out touring but the restaurant was exceptional and the breakfast was also wonderful--varied and delicious. Room and bed were comfortable, great water pressure.
