The rooms are big and cozy. The view from the balcony was fantastic. We could see the entire Naples bay including Sorrento and Capri. Breakfast is good and plentiful. Always with several types of cheese, cereals, vegetables, eggs, ham, bacon, croissants, etc.

The shower was very small. Barely had enough space to wash myself. The first 2 nights were cold, and the heating was off. After complaining at the reception, they turn it on.

The pool, Breakfast and Dinner as well as service-

There was one night a small misunderstanding related to an order, but it was handled quite well anyway.

Beautiful hotel,great rooftop bar,our room was big and had a great terrace, too bad we had a short stay, not able to use whole facilities .staff at the front desk very nice and helpful.

A little expensive

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The food at the hotel restaurant was not even comparable with the quality of the outside restaurants. We went out in several days and the restaurants nearby were not even close to the hotel quality. The pool was clean and the hotel staff helped us book a trip to positano and amalfi trough hp travel. We really enjoyed our stay here and we would gladly come back.

There was nothing to dislike

Just a little thing ... I think I was expecting the wine to be a bit cheaper, particularly any local offering.There's not much you can really do about this, but the hotel is an oasis amongst a not so pretty area. We'd have loved to have been able to walk around the local area in the evening.

Clean, comfort, helpful staff, good breakfast.

Comfy beds, greenery and quite atmosphere, comfortable parking lot.The breakfast is basic but tasty and you can have it at a nice garden terrace. And the service is really nice, very welcoming.Its better to rent a car, cause the property is out of nosy Naples and most of the sightseeing places but it takes 10-15 mins by walk to a train station. And there are a few good places to eat not really far.

Coffee machine at breakfast is a real disappointment, but some tea-lovers will not pay any attention :)

The room we stayed in (303) was lovely with lots of space & a very comfortable queen size bed. There wasn't so much space in the bathroom/shower though. The view we had from our balcony was absolutely stunning. The rooftop terrace was a really nice space to relax, eat/drink & chill out. It also has an amazing view of the sea. The swimming pool & area around the swimming pool were exceptionally well kept. We had dinner at the hotel a couple of times & on both occasions the food didn't disappoint. The staff were very attentive. The front of the hotel & reception area are both beautifully kept.In general, the whole hotel is really well looked after & is a lovely place to relax.

Location is beautiful to see Napoli bay, Capri and the Vesuvio.

There was no hot water for shower at night, we call them, they spent 30 min trying to see if the water would warm up in the room then asked us to tried 5 other rooms from the anexx building. After so long, they finally gave us another room in the main building, but there were not enough towels or pillows. We were so tired and gave up complaining. The next day, I complained during checkout and did not get even an apology - disgusting way of treating your guests!!! Absolutely appalling

The staff were amazing! Nothing was too much trouble, from reception staff to the pool guy! Everything was nice and clean, gorgeous decor aswell.

Swimming caps in the pool, not sure why

It was in a handy location, staff were really helpful. The rooms were clean and cleaning staff are all lovely. Thank you to the two ladies who cleaned in the far building from reception from the 9th of August - 11th. They were 10/10

All guests are required to wear swimming caps in the pool. We found this a bit of a shame.

I loved the room with a terrace and exceptional view to the sea and mountains. The buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of different choices to choose from. The one dinner we had at the hotel was a five star service and the food was amazing. Employees are very professional and take their jobs very seriously. The hotel and the rooms were impeccably clean. We thank the special services received from Giusseppe, Pascualino, Nino and Martina to name a few, but all of them were helpfull. We would definitely be back!

I loved everything about this hotel! The staff were great, right from the help from Davide on reception before I even arrived. All the reception staff, the Maitre d, the waiting staff, the bar staff, were all so helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and the hotel was exceptionally clean

The area didn't have much in the way of entertainment but the dinners in the hotel made up for this and changed every night

Almost nothing.

The staff was quite rude. They asked a credit card as a warranty, and treated me in such an unpleasant way, almost hinting I could be damaging the room.

The location is perfect to visit Naples, Pompei, Ercolano and the staff is super friendly, anticipating our requests and helping a lot with the kids.The restaurant offered fresh and varied meals every day and a rich buffet for breakfast.

The hotel was really clean and comfortable, near to the main activities around (Pompei, Herculaneum, Napoli)The staff was incredibly nice !
