Breakfast was very good! Big selection, sweet and savoury! Had hot food too. The staff were friendly and helpful always! Even at 3am in the morning when we tried to turn off a light that would not turn off… the location is ok but we drove so it wasn’t a problem, there’s free parking which is great! It’s close to a big coop supermarket and you can buy simple foods to eat.

The hotel is very old, the photo may look new but that’s the newer rooms. Some of the photos the angle avoids the old delapidated parts. The hotel obviously had newer rooms and older ones and looks like partially renovated then stopped. There was a big curtain in the corridor of our level we stayed on covering up parts of the corridor that is still a construction site. For the price it was just ok… the aircon we could get it to work, there’s a security light that would come on in your room with movement, in the middle of the night and will not turn off for ages, its motion sensor I think; we finally managed to sleep after a call to the receptionist person at 3am and they explained just stay still and actually it will turn off… it was clean, but not great. The window didn’t stay open the hinge was broken. No fridge in the room. We only had two ppl but they stuck another metal bed in the room I don’t know why… which made the room un-walkable.

Its location was good. Easy to access the highway. Only 25 min to Siena and 30-40 to Florence. It’s a nice updated hotel. Poggibonsi is a beautiful town with nice restaurants. The staff was helpful and nice. The breakfast was good and the coffee was great.

The door on the first room we were given wouldn’t lock and looked like it was broken into at some point. The second room was better but the floors were really dirty so I had to clean them every time we got back from our day trips.

Breakfast is great.

Wifi very bad . To be a 4star no cofre machine in the room or in the lobby. Staff no freindly.

The rooms were very clean . Also breakfast had alot of variety.

I would have appreciated a kettle in the room for a coffee in the morning or at night. Also one of the nights there were a group of youngsters running up and down the corridor knocking on doors late at night . It was very disrupting knowing we had to leave early morning. Restaurant was closed! We chose this hotel because it said it has a restaurant.

The free parking and the room size was great. The shower was also nice and the bed was comfortable. It was nice to have a double bed that wasn't two twins pushed together.

The room could have used a lick of paint and we got woken up early by loud banging and drilling in the hotel.

Very proffesional stuff, great breakfast with excelent coffe, very Clean rooms, wide and comfortable beds and pillows. spacious bathroom with enough towels. will come again. great Central location to explore Tuscany countryside.

Staff at the front desk and breakfast area were excellent, very helpful, and friendly. Has parking.

The bedroom was EXTREMELY ClEAN!The staff are very friendly and ATTENTIVE . Very helpful with any inquiries.

Keychain is too big and heavy to carry with. Switching to cards will be awesome.

We were familija wirh 3 bed..new room with everything, a lot of lights, refrigirator, new bath..Exepctional breakfast. Sandwich with pesto and tomato, the best. A lot of fruits, bread, ..

The staff was good.

The rooms were really old and do not meet 4 star hotels. Aspiration in bathroom did not work, and there were stains in furniture. Breakfast was poor for a 4 star hotel. The whole hotel needs a renovation to become a 4 star one.

Plenty of easy&safe free parking space. You can have very tasty take away dinner and variety fruits from a big grocery store, 450 m from the hotel. It's safe to walk around the surrounding area at night. Our room were spotless clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and plilows. Large bathroom, where towels were changed each day. Strong WIFI. Delicious breakfast with a lot of things to eat, especially fresh vegetables. Great location to visit San Gimignano, Sienna and Pienza. Helpful and friendly staffs. High value for money.

Due to our journey plan, we checked out early in the morning and missed the fabulous breakfast. However, staffs also woke up early to prepare food packages for us.Sorry for the rather dark photos attached. It's raining most of the time we'd been there. We have only few minutes to keep a nice memory of this hotel.

The rooms were spacious. The bed was big and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.

Great continental breakfast. The staff were very helpful and gave us good recommendations, which came in handy when we needed to organise a taxi.

Very old hotel in dire need of renovation and upgrade. Wifi connection in room was poor. Shower had no pressure and bath had mould in it. I would not call it a 4* hotel.

It was on our way from Sienna to pisa, we had to stay here.Nice staff

Very very crowded and loud noise from upstairs and corridors… i felt sleeping in a Bazar!I don’t know if it was a group and tour or just people! But couldn’t sleep at all!The sheets were not clean as I expected from a 100 dollar per night hotel!

Very polite staff. Modern reception hall. Nice restaurant and the breakfast buffet quite rich. Clean. Large area for parking at the front or nearby. Good location to explore places in Tuscany by car, with easy access.

The room could benefit from a renovation. The paint of one wall was bubbled and peeled at some places.

Rooms are old and all the furnitures are stucked in the 80-90s.

Spotlessly clean room, with a large shower. Staff helpful and friendly. Plenty of free parking close by.

Breakfast good but could be set up better. Plates and cups on low shelves and no sign of teaspoons.

Ran out of most breakfast foods and took a while to bring more out. Quite limited buffet breakfast which is part of the running out of food problem
