Great place to stay, with free parking, and the staff in the hotel is nice and friendly. The breakfast is excellent, and tasty. You should try it if you stay here

This lovely and well-maintained hotel is set right in the postcard-like landscape of Tuscany. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally warm and went out of their way to help with anything we needed.A delicious breakfast was included, and we also enjoyed a tasty dinner from a rich and reasonably priced menu offered on-site. The convenient on-site parking was another great plus.Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of the region!

Since we didn’t arrive during the high season, the pool was still closed, so we weren’t able to enjoy it.

I spent 6 nights in this villa with my partner. Amazing location and the staff was great. Perfect location from where to explore the whole Tuscany. The room was clean and the view from the room was like from a movie. The whole property is like a fairytale, so beautiful, scenic, serene, and peaceful.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Villa San Giorgio and would highly recommend it! The location in the western Chianti region is truly stunning – being surrounded by those beautiful vineyards and waking up to the views over the Elsa Valley was exactly the picturesque Tuscan retreat we were dreaming of.Our room perfectly captured the region's charm. We loved the authentic Tuscan Arte Povera style, especially the terracotta floors and wood-beamed ceilings. Despite the classic look, it was comfortable, elegant, and importantly, air-conditioned.

The room was a really good size & a lovely terrace & very quiet

No disabled parking which made it difficult

Hotel and restaurant Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has amazing view of the Tuscany hills. Room facilities are basic and no kettle provided. On site restaurant is good and breakfast was great.

No smart TV and No kettle provided. Room noise travels, we can hear our next door neighbors quite clearly.

Great staff, it‘s located very central in chianti and the view over the landscape from our room was breathtaking! We‘ll definitely recommend it!

A Bit more space inside the hotel to relax, read or have selfmade dinner at colder days would‘ve been nice as our room was quite small.

The place is very comfortable and the restaurant is great, the staff is very enthusiastic and friendly. Quality chianti is available in two neighbouring wineries. "La fonti" wine we enjoyed a bit more.

The location is beautiful and close to many quaint nearby villages. The food in their restaurant was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The pool isn’t heated so it was too cold to swim in October.

It’s beautiful. Great location isolated Toscany style hotel. 30min to Siena, 40mi min to Florence by car,15min to San Gimignano. Kind , helpful staff everybody speaks English. Room confy, clean with a view of valley. Breakfast tasty. Thank you

Beautiful landscape and beautiful view from the villa and garden, parking available. Good located, between Siena and Florence, good for Tuscany exploring.Was bad weather and we couldn’t use the pool which singled out this place in front of the competitors.

Unpleasant staff, during cleaning a room, have touched every single thing in my room and changed the place of it.

Cons:•Room Size: The economy room we stayed in was notably small, which made it difficult to move around comfortably.•Room Amenities: Despite the room description, there was no safe box provided, which was disappointing and inconvenient.•Pool Cleanliness: While the swimming pool area was generally nice, the pool walls could benefit from more frequent cleaning.•Noise Levels: The room we had faced the inner yard, and we experienced significant noise from the staff both in the morning and around midnight, which disturbed our rest.•Breakfast Quality: The breakfast offerings were weak; the food often appeared to be leftovers from the previous day, and the freshness of the meals was lacking.While we understand we booked an “economy” room, we expected a bit more in terms of room size, amenities, and overall quality of the breakfast. There is potential for improvement, and addressing these issues could greatly enhance the guest experience.
