Staff were dismissive even though wife spoke Italian . We waited over an hour in restaurant and watched 3 groups of Italians about 15 people arrive after us and finish a 3 course meal and we were yet to receive an entree .

The room is huge and well equipped. The balcony has a great view.

It is a little too far from most places like the city of Enna or local stores.

If you ahve the chance, try the restaurant in the hotel. The pasta dishes very AMAZING.The breakfast was nice as well, we also tried the welness - that was alright. There's not muvh to it, but a pool with a hottub section and sauna.

Some of teh staff dind't speak english at all, which made communication difficult.There was no soap or shampoo at our room, at a four start hotel I think this could be expected though.When we asked for soap/shampoo at the reception, they gave us some mini sized ones, but haven't refilled the containers in the bathroom in our 3 day stay.

Location,clean,good parking,big rooms.

food was average. location of hotel not great. really set up as a conference hotel.

Hotel is nice and clean.

Breakfast was poor. When something is finished, you have to ask the staff yourself for it to be refilled. Not enough staff during breakfast. The road leading to hotel is horrible have done damage to my car.

Outside pool is lovely. Room was spacious.

Hotel is really clean but there was litter in an empty water feature as you approach the hotel. This wasn't a good advert for the hotel and should be sorted.

Large rooms with huge terrace and an amazing country view large pool with plenty of space and clean the breakfast could improve there was no bacon and there was only boiled eggs....

Breakfast was good but when we came earlier in November it was much better,more variety

More english bfast hot items like bacon and sausages for Bfast

Loved the size of the rooms, beautiful interior, closets are amazing, good was great!

Poor air conditioning. Thermostat isn’t accurate. Said it was 70 degrees Fahrenheit but it was about 85! Other than this, one of my favorite hotels ever!

Pool was nice, room was huge and beds comfortable.

Room did not cool down, food was mediocre, pool closed at 6pm and location is farrrrrrr from anything interesting.

Rooms a very spacious and a fantastic pool for the hot Sicilian summer!!!

Breakfast & dinner was very basic

Nice room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

We arrived in mid-June in 26°C to find the wonderful advertised pool not open "because it is too cold". Although they agreed to let us use the indoor spa pool free of charge, it was only on day 3 that they relented and let us us their magnificent outdoor poor which was fine for northern Europeans. Service in the evening was very patchy. One constantly had to chase up a member of staff to attend the bar. The evening restaurant will not serve tea/coffee and one evening we went to bed without either after waiting at the bar for 30 mins without service despite repeated requests.

An OK stay in a clean room in an ostensibly smart hotel. Reception did change our assigned room after the original backed onto the lifts. Dinner was satisfactory, as was breakfast with a pleasant lady assisting in the breakfast area. Bed was comfortable. Accommodated a vegetarian OK.

Reception on arrival not very warm. Staff not engaging with people (us) who clearly did not know where things were, did we wait to be seated for dinner or just walk in and plonk ourselves down? Similarly on check out, staff not very engaging / friendly.

Impressive building

The hotel is big, far away from attraction places. Probably for that reason it's receiving big discount traveler groups. They fill the dining room, but the number of staff attending to them remains small, and servicing the guests is poor.The food is standard, basic, never changes.The coffee automated apparatus is a joke, the coffee of poor quality.As usual, there are no electrical outlets where is needed, and that is in stark contrast with unnecessary over sofistication in other placesLast but not least, the hotel boasts spa functions and two swimming pools.Spa treatment is payed everywere, no surprises there, but heafty prices for entering the swimming pools (for maximum 90 minutes!!) are not mentioned at all in advertising anouncements

Great facility but the services can be improved. Hope the post-pandemic recovery speeds up to return the potential of this great hotel. Although there is limited activities around the property, it offers a fantastical view of Enna old town and its surrounding landscape.
