Hidden in the trees. Friendly staff.

It’s a dated property, but value and friendly staff makeup for it. Also, poor wI-fI—unable to stream anything or upload pictures. Full bed is just two twins pushed together, leaving void, but mattresses were comfortable.

Nice escape from city life and enjoy some tennis as well. The reception/service staff was exceptional and willing to help. Nice restaurant ?

There is room to improvement, especially setting of the room. For instance the TV can be hanged and the table could be used as study/work table. In bathroom, One would need some tray/holder to keep the shampoo/soap.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, even finding me a doctor when I was sick. Breakfast was very complete and the restaurant menu was good and reasonably priced.

A kettle and tea and coffee in the room would have been nice! Also a hairdryer!

The location was perfect for where we need to be the room were large and clean Johan the manager was the nicest person couldn’t have done enough for just so friendly and the food was fantastic breakfast had everything would wanted and the evening meal was delicious if we need to back anywhere near there we would stay there every time

The bed was comfortable and the attention from the manager the night we booked was exceptionally good, he made things very easy for us with a very late check-in.

Not very clean.Facilities were not at all what you would expect.No kettle or hot drink making facilities.No hair dryer.I wouldn’t say the place was dirty as such but it was not as clean as it could be and also quite dated decor.Receptionist stayed on her phone whilst we were waiting to ask for coffee which I found particularly rude.I wish it had been the man I had spoken to the night previous, I’m very sure his attitude would have been much better.

Nice classic hotel, not far from Brussel. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Good breakfast. Free large parking.

Rooms and interior are clean, but already ask to be refurbished.

Johan was amazing, he made our stay i keep coming back because of his hospitality, he cant do enough for you. The area is stunningband after surgery its a greatvplace to recuperate. Breakfast was lovely a mixture of english breakfast and continental.

The door handle on the bathroom door was loose number 51 needs to be fixed, no phone in the room but apart from that all ok.

The rooms are dated and there are no ceiling lights so the rooms are very dark

I had a really pleasant stay after my surgery from Be Clinic. The team goes beyond and above to help and make your stay comfortable. Jonas , I apologise for spelling wrong. It was amazing and super supportive .I have been there with my mom for 8 days, and everything was without fault .A good range of options for breakfast and the restaurant menu is delicious. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent - lots of choice and variety from day to day.

I was happy with everything.

Closeness to a venue that I attended. The heat in the room was good. Good nights sleep. Philip and Els were amazing. Lovely shower with plenty of hot water. Quiet location

No fridge in room, no tea or coffee making facilities. Very depressing place with little to no care taken. Breakfast was very limited.The hallway stank of damp and the room door lock was stiff and hard to open/close.Asked for a kettle, which we received, only to be told to wash it before we used it as it was dirty! It was like a hotel that time forgot. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The car park was not well organised, people parking foolishly, taking too much space for one car. No strict rules!!!

Rode bicycle there from Leuven for the SuperPrestige Cross race in town. Perfect accommodation for my bike and I and easy ride into town center. Had a bar at the indoor tennis courts which was cool to hang out in and watch some balls back and forth. Asked for a Trappist beer to take to room and being a perfect Belgian host, he handed me the proper chalice to take as well! Little thing we Americans really appreciate. I mistakingly left the hotel after a great breakfast without paying as thought the fee was collected by booking.com. The owner called me a couple days later and was super friendly and understanding and we worked it out easily. Will definitely be back next year for another excellent stay.

Nothing to report here. More than satisfied on all accounts.

The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a pleasant terrace with a wonderful view of the green surroundings. The modern and tidy bathroom added to the overall positive experience. A commendable breakfast buffet and dinner service was offered.Despite my late arrival, I received a warm and friendly welcome. Knowing I was staying for surgery, the hotel informed me upfront they would happily provide extra pillows. Even with the kitchen closed over Christmas, the staff, particularly Dieter and Johan, went the extra mile by placing a fridge and kettle in my room and offering a solution for meal preparation. They were most helpful and friendly. Every staff member I met was truly lovely and courteous.A special mention to Jean-Louis, who made my stay a truly excellent one. He went above and beyond, ensuring I lacked nothing even during the quieter holiday period. Jean-Louis prepared dinner when the kitchen was closed, and I am truly grateful for his amazing attention! Thanks so much again!Many thanks to the whole team for making my stay memorable!

While the hotel provides comfort, cleanliness, and has exceptional staff, some areas like the hallways have a dated charm, though evident efforts are being made for upgrades. I can’t help but feel that value for money can be improved when comparing options.
