The lady at the reception was very helpful.Super clean hotel with great breakfast.

Everything: location, spacy superb room, pool sauna, big soft towels, the excellent breakfast. When possible I always enjoy to stay here ??‍♂️

I’ve stayed many many times in this **** Hotel and the charme always overwhelmed. This time however I noticed for the first time a minor: the carpet in the breakfast room needs to be replaced, it is too dirty. ?

Always a pleasure to stay here. Pool and Sauna awesome. Comfortable room (bed - pillows - bathroom). And excellent breakfast.

Don’t go there ALONE because the SINGLE ROOM has no air conditioning, just a mobile airco with tube going out of the window (that u can’t close !!!). But Staff Emma was amazing and understood the situation… so she offered us brkfst compensation…. Btw, Bkfst 25€ is quite expensive for what is offered ..

Beautiful property in a great location.

Pool was closed due to a power outage. Likewise, the AC did not work in our room. The staff offered no compensation for these things… no fans etc.

Bit odd that there is no hotel bar when restaurant is closed two days per week.

Beautiful settings we had a big room with a balcony too.The bathroom had a bathtub in it .Free drinks and coffee.We ran out of time and couldn’t enjoy the swimming pool and sauna .The breakfast was delicious.The staff very friendly

I found a long black hair in the sink and black body hair on the bathroom floor which is not expected in a 4 star hotel

Great breakfast with smoked salmon and good selection of fruits, nice swimming pool, large parking next to the hotel and closeness of the historic center of Obernai.

Excellent location. Lovely room. Free coffee machine for customer use.

Bar not open Tuesday or Wednesday. Did not try on the other nights. Reception did not even bother to get us a drink when we asked. Very poor for a 4star hotel. This should have been explained when we checked in.

The location was excellent, with an ample parking space. The indoor pool was great, though needs more sun beds . The staff were nice and helpful . Free tea/coffee machine at the lobby .

The internet WiFi signal was weak in my room in the main building.

The hotel was very nice, good facilities with complementary water, soda, coffee and juice available 24/7.thr heated pool and sauna are very nice and great for cold winter days. The Hotel is in a great location in Obernai. The staff are very nice and helpful.

The room cleaning was not sufficient and our towels were not replaced daily. We had to contact the reception and ask for it almost every day.

Obernai is a beautiful, chocolate box town and A La Cour d'Alsace is ideally located a short walk from the main streets, shops, restaurants and market squares. The car park is great, so there's no problem leaving the car behind to walk around. Staff were excellent, especially Kezia, the receptionist who welcomed us like we were old friends, even though we'd never been here before. She helped us with restaurant bookings and showed us around the hotel facilities. We dined in the hotel's own restaurant on our first night and it was excellent.

Rooms are spread out and we had a challenge to find where ours was.The sauna didn’t work, and they wanted an extra charge to use it.
