Welcome/reception was excellent, with some nice personal touches.Room (301) was small but brand new and impeccable.sanitary was very good, with split toilet & bathroom.Even with the small shortcomings, an excellent hotel - to be recommended.

The choice at breakfast was large, but the breakfast rolls were a bit hard-baked (too much for our taste)Also, the first slice of the bread was old (not well preserved overnight?)When with the car, and when using the public parking, you need to time your arrival time well - the parking is very popular.

The hotel is very centrally located, yet offers both private underground parking and also nearby public parking opportunities. Our room was large and had a great view to the old town. Usually these old hotels feel worn, but this one offered freshly renovated rooms. Breakfast was excellent for France.One must note though, that the parking entrance is quite tight, because it is located on a narrow one-way street. Also, finding the right back street and garage door may be a challenge. The parking itself is ok - plenty of space to maneuver and also the ramp is somewhat regular steepness, nothing dramatic, but the entrance may be challenging. It was easily doable with base Porsche 911 sportscar, but supercars or huge SUVs might struggle getting in and out.

The convenience of underground parking and location. Rooms were comfortable and modern. Charming but modern.

The Price of parking was higher than normal for the area and the Price of breakfast was also high. The Croissants were dry and over baked. Baguette was not as good as some of the other Hotels we have stayed in the area.

This is now one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed at! The room was immaculately clean, the bed was so comfortable, the breakfast was superb, and the service was amazing.

Very charming place, comfortable room, nice facilities and most importantly, very friendly, fantastic staff!

the lift is a pain

Gorgeous large room, due to an upgrade which was unexpected yet greatly appreciated. In the heart of town filled with restaurants. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Great bathroom with seperate toilet. Breakfast time was busy, however, fresh and delicious food. Free parking close by or paid parking.

Great location with parking behind the hotel along with Les Ramparts free parking lot nearby. Friendly staff. Excellent Breakfast, one of the best we've had during our travels. Clean hotel, room was clean, smaller than expected and pictured in booking. Very comfortable bed with perfect pillows, not the very flat Euro ones. Our stay was in the end of November. Very warm & comfortable room, hot water in the shower. Lighting in the bathroom was also good. The breakfast spread made up for the bad shower. A great spread of French cheese, meats, breads, yogurts & toppings, patisserie items, scrambled eggs & bacon. Great coffee. Fantastic start or end to the trip!

The shower had a few inches of wall without a curtain so even if you stand in the very corner with the shower head aimed at the corner wall, it will still pour out onto the floor. Learned to shower with my elbows tucked in so the water didn't directly slide out onto the floor. There wasn't a holder for the shower handle to sit in the bathtub either. It was a challenge to say the least and I'm a very tiny person. Toilet was in a separate closet across from the shower room with doors that hit each other. Both were not pictured on the hotel bookings and I scour the photos for decent bathrooms. The windows are not strongly sealed so it sounds as though you have the window cracked open, mostly quiet town though.

Lobby is covered as a building site, the outside is a building site, including near by building, what's the point of a balcony with no view? Sofa in living room didn't close properly, near impossible to sit on. two coffee capsules in the room?

The booking included Parking and breakfast for my whole party. Once there, they told us it wasn’t included. The towels were very old, and the bedroom is extremely small. Would never come back.

Really good room facilities, great sized room and big comfortable bed. The staff were also really very helpful and very reasonably priced.

Liked it all but would suggest the bathroom is upgraded to have a proper shower or a screen to prevent splashing

When we arrived, the staff told us that the air on had broken, so they had moved to an equally good hotel nearby. Excellent service, and they were very kind and generous with their time. Thank you.
