Clean, great value for money. The location is great allowing you to reach all the known tourist attractions of the region (Straßburg, Kolmar and Oberne itself of course)

Good location

Wi-fi didn’t work and the staff didn’t seem to care about it.

It was clean and close to the village center. The staff was helpful and polite. We highly recommend. And we would like to stay for upcomings.

Nice clean modern room with AC. A little outside of the city centre.

Very clean and nice room, airconditioning within the room works nicely. Very simplistic room which makes very calming.

The shower door didn’t close properly and the water temperature was also very low. There were also no sockets close to the bed.

The staff was very nice and helpful, location was good, as it was 10 min walking from city center.

Not that it was an issue for us, but the room was basic, we did not have even a hair dryer. For just one night stop, for us it was good, but if we had to stay more nights, I would be looking for something with more space and amneties offered.

Dirty rooms, smell of smoking

The smoking smell on the floor.My bedsheets were covered in fur of a cat or a dog. It was overall dirty room.

Very friendly and competent Personal, perfect for Business travel but also for simple holiday. The beds and showers were clean and comfortable

Excellent value for money, free parking, close (1km) to center, opposite from an amazing bakery, decent breakfast if you opt for that

The hotel is situated in a very nice Village quite 25 by car from strassburg. The village is very nice and traditional with lovely places. The hotel is clean and with parking and the staff very polite. Opposite the hotel there's a Boulangerie with lots of food. We would definitely stay here again.

The rooms not very big. There's no variety on the breakfast as for example for me in vegetable and vegetarian choices actually there were nothing for vegetable and fresh fruits. Also the hotel answered too late to all the questions we had set five days before arrival . It was already the third day we were staying there.

The room was small but clean. There is free parking with enough place.

There was no towel for hands. Breakfast was poor. No vegetables and the choice of food was poor. Probably it is expected for a star hotel.

3rd bed option, free parking, bakery next door

Lack of sockets and the nightstand (a small shelf at least) next to the bed.

The room was really clean and staff was nice.The hotel is in front of a good boulangerie.

The stuff were super mega nice!! And mega helpful, specially Abdel (Hotel manager), he was the best!!!!! He gave us a lot of information and recommendations, he was super nice (as the rest of the employees) and helped us a lot. We recommended ? as also the hotel was really well located, really comfy beds and spacious rooms. Also just outside it's a bakery we're you can have Breakfast, lunch and snacks, stuff was really nice also.

Nothing, all was perfect

Despite the fact of very late check in the front desk person was very helpful when asked to help brew tea (nothing available in the room).There is a nice bakery across the street.

Asked for 2 beds for adults. First room came with double bed and the bunk bed (!). We were given alternative room with two single beds, but the room was extremely cramped. Only one person at a time was able to pass at the foot of the bed. Not enough room to keep luggage and personal items.

Desk receptionist was really nice . Parking place is so good. Hotel is nice . And price was good.

There was a small issue with the douche box. Mattress was not perfect to me . The room could be a bit bigger ...and on this modern times a room for 4 persons need more electrical connectors for chargers...
