well situated hotel

I chose the hotel because it said on the booking page that it had a parking and charging station.Turns out, parking and charging station were from the partner hotel - you had to book it and it wasn't written anywhere on the booking page. I searched specifically for this as I was travelling alone with my 2 kids and had to travel onwards the next day. On other hotels that I booked, it was at least mentioned parking needed reservation - here the text made no mention of this at all. I had to park somewhere else and loose 1h recharging somewhere else - kids were exctatic... not!The room was spacious but it smelled really bad too. As a "good gesture" the staff offered a kids' breakfast ie 9 euros... needless to say, I won't be staying there again nor recommending

The room could do with a kettle as not everyone wants a coffee machine.

Only a coffee machine. Parking price in the hotel car park was too expensive so didn’t use it.

Very good location and great breakfast. Hotel room was clean an with enough space. The bathroom had a lots of space and windows.

Great location! Was here for the Christmas market and it was few feet away from it. The breakfast was awesome with lots of selections.

Obernai itself was a little boring.

Room was spacious, modern and clean. Met all our expectations and more. Excellent value. Good breakfast. Staff were great.

When I arrived I was given a different room from what I booked. That was annoying. The hotel is centrally located and it has decent size rooms. However the beds were sagging and some of the amenities that the room had listed were not there. The breakfast was full of options, but all in all was missing tasty food.

We liked everything about the facility, room, bathroom, cleanliness, location.

Semi-transparent bathroom wall by the toilet wasn't convenient. We were 3 people and we didn't feel relaxed when we had to visit the toilet.

We did not get the room we had booked.The breakfast buffet was not that great. The warm dishes were cold.

Booked for an overnight stay but unexpected nice evening and morning in the town. Obernai is a really nice town !
