Best Western Queens Hotel Pforzheim-Niefern

Nice staff and good breakfast.

The room I booked said it has a king size bed, but it was 140cm.

The hotel was easy to find, in a good location, and has lots of free parking. The room was spacious, and the bed was a good size, reasonably comfortable. The employees were nice and helpful.

One of our towels looked dirty or had a weird stain. I looked for slippers but didn't find any.

It was so clean and quiet and the staff was really nice

The room and bathroom were clean but dated Bed was comfortable The pillows were awful, thin and worn out only one each

Simple, clean

The reception closes at 2200 and the bar closes at 22.30 so not so good for late arrivals while travelling. Staff very friendly and accommodating and they were willing to stay in while arrived late.

crazy amount of 12 euro for a dog. No restaurant on Saterday and Sunday which is explained after you booked

The Anreise as it is called was an adventure. Detours through Pforzheim because of roadworks on the autobahn exit and an involuntary sightseeing tour through Niefern due to work in the street just front of the Hotel. As we were travelling with a luggage packed car we opted for the underground parking garage. Receipt at the hotel was very friendly. Room very well and quiet. Beds, what would be expected in a BW. Well equipped neat and tidy bathroom. Dinner that evening was super. Recommendable. Next morning's breakfast buffet was great and helped us get underway.

Only sleeping, no breakfast

Don't follow the adres given at the reservation, you end up about 20 km's in the wrong direction, very annoying after a long drive!

Comfortable and clean nice staff

Everything - in particular the staff were very friendly and helpful.

No second pillow in room. We realize we could have asked. It wasn't that important, but would have been a nice touch.Although the breakfast was enjoyable, it was comparable with other hotels, but more expensive.

Breakfast was excellent, great choice. Rooms were very good and clean.Girl on evening reception was brilliant, phoned us to check we were OK, as we were late on arrival.

Not much, to not like. Although breakfast staff were not the most friendly. Although that's probably being a bit picky, as everything else was spot-on.

Location was hindered by a lot of roadworks that cannot be avoided!

Functional hotel which was ideal for our stop in Pforzheim. Clean and very presentable. Good restaurant and bar. Very helpful staff.

There was nothing not to like, but given its location just out of town it may not be suitable for all. For those travelling it’s a great stop over.

Foyer area and disused former main entrance have an impression of having seen better days

Everything was okay, except the airco which was making a lot of noise in the middle of the night (although it was switched off).

breakfast is a little bit too simple.The highway is still under construction. it means that the entrance (to Stuttgart) / exit (from Frankfurt) are closed.

Just a little further out of town than was ideal but not an issue for the hotel to solve.

Although there are road works on the autobahn near the Hotel, they advised us of an alternate route to get to them, which was perfect. A great place to stop when traveling. We always enjoy our stay at this hotel, we had an evening meal which was excellent. The staff are always so friendly so helpful at this hotel. It really is a great place to stay.
