Comfortable room. Excellent pool. Good breakfast.

Very large conference/spa hotel. Good room and good breakfast. Convenient and free street parking. Very nice pool and sauna.

There was only one thin pillow in the bed. There could have been slippers for the pool area.

Loved the facilities and the very wide range of breakfast, a proper buffet for Europe. Gorgeous stay in a quiet town, with a relaxed vibe. Pool was also nice and opening hours are good 7-10 also the gym, very clean.

Parking entrance is really hard to find.

Location was great for a stopover (we stayed while driving from Belgium to Croatia), indoor pool and sauna was nice, breakfast was excellent! Staff were friendly, especially in the restaurant. Wifi worked well.

The room was big but really old, the old carpet smelled and felt dusty. The parking could’ve been made free for guests.

The soundproofing of the rooms... Our room had a door (locked) to the neighour room, and we could hear all the conversation from within (I suppose they could also hear us)

The rooms have a lot of space and are fairly clean. The area is quiet and pieceful. Reception staff seem nee but will figure out any issues eventually. They don't give up easy. Breakfast was good. I loved the old feel of the rooms. Reminded me of the shining hotel. Just elegant.

1. The reservation system for dinner is terrible. People reserve for the entire meal time and then show up at the end. There ends up being only reserved tables and no free places. 2. We were never told to make dinner/breakfast reservations, so we had no idea it was 100% needed3. The dinner was just super bland and not worth 35€. It seemed like all pre-cooked food brought in from another location and then heated up. 4. The bathroom in the room was moldy, and the shower head only sprayed horizontal. 5. The toilet paper roll is right next to the shower, so if you leave it in the holder while you shower, it will get wet 6. The room had some odd looking stains that looked suspiciously like bodily fluids7. The staff in the restaurant had no idea what was going on for seating. They had us walking back and forth from one side to the other, looking for a non reserved table. In the end, they opened up another room and tried to say it was open the entire time and blamed us for not looking in a room that was closed off and wasn't part of the restaurant. I meant to take photos of the room but I was just happy to be gone.

Everything was good and the food was excellent!!

Coming from Canada I wish the staff told us about the expectations of a German sauna. I asked at the front desk and at the receptionist of the spa if we needed to know anything about the rules/expectations regarding the sauna . Both said nothing !! Coming from Canada we do not have saunas where you do not wear swim suits, so needless to say we got in the sauna wearing our swimsuits only to have several old German men giving us instructions of what to do, which we could not understand. I don't care whether we wear them or not, I just wish I knew the rules before entering the facilities.

Large rooms, great to have some space when travelling as a family. Nice breakfast. Lovely beds and linen and a great pool.

Only the pool was ok even tho was not warm the rooms need totally renovation, extremely late check in, breakfast was average the eggs were tasting strange

Old fashioned and old-looking furniture, dinner buffet not worth 35€ seeing as the drinks are not included, not even water!! Desserts disappointing, only some whipped cream.

Very beautiful and silent location.Staff was very nice and the hotel room was very good. Breakfast was also very good.

Buffet in the evening and a la carte were a little expensive and there was no bar in the hotelroom.

Very nice hotel with spacious room! We got an extra bed and baby bed for our kids. Very good value!

They said in restaurant that for dinner buffet is everything included also the drinks, but at the end they asked for drinks costs separately?! We got a higher bill than we expected!

Good indoor and outdoor pools. Excellent wellness options. Friendly reception and catering staff. Extended breakfast timings around the new year. Breakfast itself was also good.

The family room allotted to us had beds for kids in the dark corner of the hotel room without any lights. The room it self had average furniture. The Sauna was somewhat small for the size of the hotel.
