Location was very convenient

Is this a 4 stars? Seriously? Was dirty and saw last renovation ages ago. Breakfast was poor

We liked the pool area although the pool it’s not heated. Breakfast is full of different foods sweet and salty. Best part are the staff.

We couldn’t turn off the air conditioning in the room.

LIKE THE BREAKFAST PLAN, HAVING A SUITE VERSES JUST A ROOM AND THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT.

Nice that music was playing at the bar, but we were tired from traveling and the music was too loud in our room that we couldn't sleep.

Good room. Courtyard and bar area great

Breakfast was not great. There were coach parties that had most of the seats reserved so it was difficult to get a seat and we had to clear a table ourselves. There was no cutlery at first.Both coffee machines were broken. Some coffee was brought eventually from another room. The selection of breakfast items was not great. I think there needs to be more staff and better organization when these large groups are in. The staff that were there were good and helpful but they just needed more help

Our double bed was two single beds put together and they would slide apart making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep. The mattress & Pillows were also not comfortable at all. The water stopped running after midnight which was very inconvenient as we had got to the hotel from the airport late and needed to freshen up and shower. The air conditioning in the rooms were not controllable from the rooms and we had to call the reception to either have it switched on or off. There was no in between.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting this area.

Internet server needs to be stronger. Most of the time it did not work in our room.

Place has certainly seen better times in past. When we visited mid-September it looked already a bit deserted.

Good restaurant and location.

Hotel stuff was horrible. Most unpleasant experience ever! Definitely not 4 star hotel what they promise, 1 star maximum!
