Hotel Campanile Bordeaux Ouest Merignac Aeroport

Surprisingly good hotel for the price. Restaurant and bar on site. Free, easy to use parking.

No negatives.

Quick and easy check-in with polite staff. Excellent shower/bathroom. Clean and quiet. Great value for money and very close to tram stop.

Bed wasn't very comfortable- not terrible, but could be much better. Not enough pillows. Plug only on one side of bed.

Clean.Good free parkingBreakfast ok

Only one set of towels Lack of character

Location, free parking and friendly staff

Nothing really, everything was perfect

Clean comfortable room

Worst breakfast I have ever had. No coffee 2 machines both not working, no sausages the bacon was floating in grease and the scrambled egg was like a yellow paste. Not even any bread as we was leaving the brought some croissants, and managed to get one of the coffee machine working. The resturant was disgusting plates and food everywhere. I wanted to get a refund at reception but I guess the staff were hiding. It is not good enough to pay for a breakfast upfront then not get one.

Rooms spacious. Breakfast nice.

No alcohol served after 10 we got in late.flight. and begrudgingly a coffee was made for us in bar. Could of done with vending machine or something in hotel

Easily found & only 2 stops on the Tram .Very welcoming staff. Very comfortable bed

Scrambled eggs for breakfast were delicious. Walk in shower was ideal.

No hand towels only one bath towel each. No usb plug anywhere in the room, bedside cabinet tiny. No bottled water. shower gel dispenser empty, hand basin soap dispenser finished during our one night stay. bathroom door needs attention.

Proximity to tramPleasant staff

Mosquitoes in bedroom!Water temperature variation in the shower

Very convenient for airport

Terrible pillow and only one small one each

I stayed here several times visiting for onward travel to Charente It’s so easy to get to from the airport with good restaurants opposite

Friendly, comfortable, proximity to airport, helpful and accommodating staff, attractive environment/ decor

Having to get up at 0430

Clean, lovely bar facilities and easy to find.

Kettle in room, lid didn’t fit properly and so the steam when it boiled burnt my hand!!!

Close to the tram stop - about half an hour into central Bordeaux, and a few stops to the airport in the other direction.Lots of parking. Room was basic but clean and comfortable.

It was fine for one night.

when we arrived the man of the desk I didn't find pleasent. He kept saying. Are you sure you booked here I can't find you. Go to the premier Inn next door . 3 times he said that. Our Room smelt bad and TV was not working. Man changed room . New room better but kettle did not work so no coffee. I felt the metal springs in the mattress not nice. The morning no hot water so couldn't take shower . Hot water came back when we were leaving. Breakfast a big disappointed for the price of 14 euros each. The croissant which I love normally were not real croissant .more like bread in the form of a croissant. So I ended up eating overcooked bacon bits .

Location good, staff helpful

Towels in the bathroom were very old with holes in and so disappointed as everything else was clean

Very nice, staff is great, location is awesome, not noisy and very comfy & clean.

Location

Bedroom carpet dirty, stained and badly wornCoffee machine area badly worn and damages, some kind of beatle (I have photo) crawling around it recess of damaged worn wooden unit top.

Good

Wait time in check in, bar order and service was way too long, we left to eat elsewhere

Simple but clean hotel.Great value for money. Nothing to complain

No vegetables at breakfast at our stay. Maybe only one think to complain.
