it was rated as four stars and did not have coffee in rooms and they were rather dirty. Also. felt it was a ways out of the way.

could not get room service after 11 pm.. staff not helpful. Hotel rather disgusting.

This is a nice, clean, basic hotel very close to the airport. We stayed here on a last night in France as our flight left early the next morning. It was so easy to get to the airport the next morning!

The beds only had a heavy duvet and no sheet or blanket. It was too warm for the duvet and too cold with no sheet or blanket.

Rooms were ok

bathroom needs updating and shower is very small with water easily splashing out from shower to bathroom floor. Check in staff could have been much friendlier

Bed and one receptionist, her name began with an A, Arliene I believe, only employee I would hire.Breakfast- thak God for cereal rest of food poor, eggs cold, etcRoom somewhere between "hot" and hotter than "hell"Would NOT recommend hotel, star rating perhaps a 2

Very close to the airport which is why we booked here. The room/apartment was huge and comfortable.

New bed and new matras.The wifi connection and available bandwidth was excellent.The staff was very friendly.Parking at the hotel was free.

Separate toilet in room which smelled like a public men’s toilet.Mold, rust and broken tiles in bathroom.Personal note: my room was a time-warp to the living room of my grandparents in the 1980s

Generally good for an overnight en route. Upgrade nice with attendant facilities (which I hardly used) but nice to see dressing-gown etc.

Room was seriously overheated. Outside temps were about 11o so not particularly cold. Had a heat/air-co unit in room with which I was familiar. No way to cool, only heat. Eventually had to open windows etc. but was awake at 0530 due to heat. Have communicated this to hotel and received reply/apology which is good. However, I was on a trek from Cherbourg to Costa Brava in Spain > 1,000 km and used BX as a break. Didn't really work. Additionally notice in lift said breakfast from 0600 onward. I went for breakfast at 0645 to be told that breakfast was starting at 0730. Additionally dining room closed on Sun evening (don't the French eat on Sundays???) but found a good brasserie next door "Au Bureau".

Perfect location to access Bordeaux as tram stop just outside, our room was amazing, easy to park.

The room was good. The pool was nice, if a little cold. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The restaurant wasn't great for the evening meal, but breakfast was good.

The TV guide in the room bore no relation to what was actually available .reception came to the room but were not able to correct the problem so offered a free breakfast to compensate. Good service.
