Kyriad Prestige - Bordeaux Aeroport

Just stopping on airport trip. It's clearly a busy meeting room type hotel with restaurant during week. Quiet at weekends. Access to bordeaux centre by A bus though we walked to G. Just did the job. Airport parking through onepark a big plus

Bed tiny bit too firm

Property was clean. Room as a good size as was the bathroom with separate toilet.

No fridge. No breakfast tea or milk despite having a kettle in the room with sugar and coffee sachets and fruit tea. When I asked reception for breakfast tea and milk they offered me additional fruit tea bags only. On checkout the next day they tried to charge me €20 for 2 teabags which were not used. They then tried to over charge me for 2 glasses of wine I had that evening in the small bar area.

Comfy beds and lovely bedding, big rooms, double windows so no noise from the airport or road. Buffet breakfast varied. The restaurant in the hotel is also very good. The bar is also a bonus. Staff always on hand to answer and requests. Late departure granted.

We just stayed for one night as we were passing by. The room was spacious and the breakfast had overall a good offer.

The hotel was going through some renovation, but it was temporary and needed work.

Pleasant hotel, welcoming staff, nice size room with ac, comfy bed, great to enjoy a dip in the swimming pool after a long hot day spent in Bordeaux, didn't try the breakfast but the dinner meal was very good.

The shower tray was a bit slippy!

Easy parking, very close to the airport, and businesses around the area.

There were no free weights or cable weight machines as advertised in the images. They should update that, Id have picked somewhere else if I had known.

I appreciate the comfort, the quiet, the cleanliness and the very kind staff. The restaurant offered very good menus, quality service. The location is close to the airport, but very accessible to the city. Congratulations and I will definitely come back with pleasure

Bed too small and uncomfortable. Shower in tiny bath had very little power and attachment would not stay in place. Toilet paper reminded me of my ‘old’ school days as so cheap and in-absorbent made it very difficult to flush. Bath incredibly slippery had to put hand towel down to make it safe.

It was comfortable and clean.

Too far from the airport. No shuttle service.

Good modern hotel with parking just opposite Tram A line to the hospital CHU

Near to the airport and a comfortable, clean room. Food was very good.

Buffet choice for dinner rather than a set menu. Some waiters unhelpful. Didn’t explain the dining arrangements. Poor breakfast. Not worth €30.

Our room was open and spacious and the reception area was neat, clean and welcoming.

Breakfast choice was excellent.

Very convenient for the airport but, arriving late (23h00), in the dark in an unknown area, I found the entrance almost by mistake. No signage or lighting at the carpark entrance. I missed it the first time and had to take the Rocade and go round the block again ! The booking app was unclear and I had understood the breakfast to be included in the price I was quoted. This was not the case.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. Also the restaurant was very ok. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.

The location is quite ugly. I think if you are with the car it makes a lot of sense to go here, because it's next to I think the highway? If you are with public transport like us, it is quite a hassle to get there, especially if you have luggage.
