Victoria was very helpful and welcoming.

The selection and the Brice if the breakfast, I wanted to have a coffee and the lady in the morning charged me 2.5€, for coffee, I think that’s too pricey here other hotels provide free coffee in the room.

Close to the tram line, and just a 30 minute walk to the airport. The breakfast was very good.

The air conditioning was anemic

Good location. Rooms very clean. Disappointed that there were no restaurant facilities and the bar service was very limited. They did not serve wine. First time in France I have found a bar that did not serve wine!On the plus side great location for early morning flights and plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance.

As described - very close to airport. A few nearby restaurants for dinner. Generous buffet breakfast. Great location in relation to the tram directly into Bordeaux.

Basic room facilities - would have appreciated a kettle with coffee and tea in the room, or even to be able to access this aside from breakfast in the common area.

The object was nothing like presented on the pictures.the bed was too soft and noice from outdoors

Very happy with our experience at the Ibis Mérignac. The rooms were actually nicer than we expected. The hotel has lovely facilities and is situated amidst many other hotels and restaurants, you have tons of choice if you want to eat locally and do not have a car. If you have a car, the parking was very easy and secure. The tram stop is right outside the hotel, you can be in the center of Bordeaux within a half hour. Going the opposite direction you are at the airport in less than 10 minutes. Really ideal location. The staff were all super friendly and didn’t seem put off by my very excited son running around. We definitely would recommend this hotel and will be choosing this location again when we need to stay in the area.

Nothing!

The room and the bathroom were nice, comfortable and clean. The bathroom had 2 towels and a bath mat, I was able to ask for an additional towel from the front desk easily. The hotel was quiet when I checked in (around 11pm). The breakfast buffet is varied and nicely garnished.

I'm unsure if there is air conditioning in case of very high temperatures.

Convenient for the airport . Welcoming . Arrived at midnight and the bar was still open and the staff were excellent.

It is very close to the airport and it’s easy to reach

The building is old and not up to Ibis standards. Also, I had an unpleasant interaction with the cleaning person, because although the check out time in Booking is at 12:00, the cleaning person had on their schedule that the check out was at 11h, so around 10:30 they were knocking on my door. I was very tired because I arrived the night before very late and felt displeased to be waked up in such manner.

Comfy beds, good parking, good restaurant next door which was open on Sunday evening. Good value.Check out at midday.

our room smelt really bad of drains and it wasn’t as clean as we would expect , was offered another room but we could not get the air con to work , had to go to another hotel with air con as we had an elderly dog with us

we had a suite and plenty of room plus a fridge to put our medicine in.

Quite a long walk with a heavy bag but the room made up for it.

Room was fine, beds were very comfortable.. Breakfast was excellent. Reception staff were helpful and friendly.

1. Bedside lights didn't work and bedside table was broken. 2. When we got into the taxi and asked to be taken to the Ibis Merignac, the driver asked us which one as there were three Ibis' in Merignac. We said we had no idea - so it would be helpful if the booking confirmation could make this more clear.

not good value for money

carpet in the smallest room I have ever stayed. Not good for summer time. We couldn;t open the window as there were mosquitos coming inside. Dark room

Convenient location 2 tram stops from airport. Breakfast was good and lots of children's activities in the bar area.

Evening food was terrible and very expensive for what it was - all frozen food but named things like 'artisinal' on the menu. Taking advantage of people who get in after a long flight and are hungry and tired. One staff member for reception, bar, and kitchen to make food! I felt bad for her - how can you cook and attend the reception? Therefore service took a long time.
