Good rooms, excellent bathroom, nice linens

Restaurant. Mediocre food for the price. Surly staff (man on duty around 5pm on 30/01/26.)

Beautiful property and great location, 2 stops by Tram from Bordeaux Airport.

Gym is really small, no water bottles in room. Breakfast was not included even after paying high price. Last day we purchased for 19 EUROS and trust me it’s not worth at all.

The staff is attentive and kind to your needs .

Bed mattresses and pillows are too soft . Other hotels have sturdier hard mattresses .

Easy to check in, comfortable rooms with delicious Kusmi teas offered, spacious. Restaurant was better than anticipated but gets very booked up so reserve your table!

Although it is an airport hotel there is no shuttle to the airport, and it is too far to walk (realistically) - the tram goes from outside the door but if you don't speak French and are unfamiliar with the tram ticketing system it isn't easy to work out, or to tell which is the right direction, particularly if you have luggage.

It felt very welcoming, clean and homely. The staff were all very friendly and accomodating. The location is excellent next to the airport if you have a late or early flight.

If there was some food available for latecomers. The restaurant was closed when I got there around 9pm however the staff recommended Uber eats which was great.

The hotel is convenient for the airport. Rooms are a good size.

The restaurant was terrible. There was a large raclette evening on, which meant the diners from the hotel were pretty well ignored. It took us at least 50 minutes to get our starter and a drink despite chasing it. The main courses were tepid and overpriced for what it was. The dessert chocolate liegeois was one scoop of melted ice cream topped up with chantilly cream.Although the hotel was reasonable we would not return due to the terrible restaurant.

Quiet location. Friendly reception staff. Good on site restaurant.

Directions on how to reach the hotel by Tram were incorrect. The hotel is not very visible from the roadside.

Bad condition of bedding stuff

Room cleaning was very poor and lot of hair in the bedding stuff. Various of hair in the bed pad and blanket. After staff was checking then only change room not mentioned sorry and other apologize. I never had those kind of hair in the bed pad and blanket.

The heat system wasn't working and it was 4 degree Celsius outside

Location was good, the bed was ok but definitely not a 4 star standard

Bathroom was dirty, the room we stayed looked nothing like the pictures, totally outdated room and bathroom, also very noisy with children running around the hall. The cherry on top of the cake was the room service food we ordered that came cold.. this is not a 4 star Hotel!

The staff were brilliant. The lady at reception who checked us in was amazing, so friendly, helpful and professional. Comfortable bed, nice shower, good breakfast.

Maybe keep the bar open a bit later for residents? 10pm is quite early to close.

The bed was comfy

Lighting bad, toilet very badly stained, door locking confusing, no fridge, no coffee, had to go to reception if you wanted a cup of coffee, more ecologically friendly apparently, curtain had stains, lack of pressure in shower, sink in needs of replacement, duvet didn’t fit the duvet cover

Bathrooms are showing their age, asked for connected rooms but given adjoining

Room was great, staff were exceptionally friendly, breakfast was lovely and the gardens we lovely. Great for a stop off after a late flight before heading into the city for our accommodation

Breakfast, variety, time, quality. Location right next to tram stop from airport.

Evidence of vomit up wall of toilet. Bad smell on entrance to room. Carpet old, worn, didn't feel clean.

Staff were lovely. Breakfast was brilliant. Food in the restaurant was really good.

Glasses, cutlery carafes could be cleaner. Maybe something put in place to kill flying insects.

Close to the airport

Very old and outdated room, and a terrible smell inside that we couldn't bear. The cleanliness level was also rather low, especially if you have other people's hair everywhere. Furthermore, the woman at the reception was rude, unkind, and not really helpful. She also barely spoke English. I do not recommend this hotel, even this price was too high for the quality we got (or rather lack of quality).

Location, room, convenience for tram, car parking. Helpful staff.
