Pros +
- It is a new and very clean hotel. I stayed for business. Bed is so comfortable, room is clean and breakfast is very good. Staff are so kind. Special thanks to Manon, she is amazing!
- Great breakfast. Enjoyed the fruit, eggs, and bacon. Sausage just a bit greasy but still welcome. Staff was very welcoming.
- This hotel is brand new so it is finding its feet a bit. The location for the airport is very good and as you would expect everything is clean and new.
Cons -
- I think it is important for hotels to consider adding a couple of US plugs in the rooms. I think a big reason for choosing an american hotel is knowing that the american traveler will be welcomed. Sheraton does well in this area, btw.I wasn't crazy about the new AC thermostat as it kept my room too warm.
- The staff are very nice but still finding their way. After being told we could order anything day or night at reception we order a glass of wine each and were, very nicely and politely, told we should not order alcohol to the room. The design of the room doesn't take into account that if one of you gets up in the night to go to the bathroom, the very bright bethrro light reflects off the mirror diretly into the other persons face in bed.
- Food very ordinary. Room for improvement, sorry. Good staff generally! Transport options from airport inadequate. Should offer transfer either FREE or not more than €10 per group of 2-3. You will MAKE money. Taxis are arnaqueurs.

Brand new building. Very pretty, close to airport and looks out over trees.
Exceptionally clean, friendly staff and comfortable beds.
Helpful staff, clean, quiet

Very nice new hotel. Nice staff. Excellent clean big room. Excellent breakfast.
Not as close to the airport as stated. Not good access from the main road.
Hotel is modern, fresh and new. Immaculate.
Hot breakfast was stone cold.
Beds were very comfortable, the staff on the front desk were very good, the room was very clean, but both stays were let down by breakfast.
Breakfast was not good. We had to ask for eggs as the pot was almost empty, we had to ask for hash browns as the pot was empty, we had to ask for more tomatoes as the pot only had 2 halves of tomatoes, we had to ask for more brown bread for toast as there was only 1 slice available. AND then had to wait for food to arrive. We came to breakfast at 9am there were only a few people eating so it was not busy. ALSO the strawberry jam had a piece of GLASS in it, which we brought to the waitress's attention, she apologised. We also brought this to the attention of the front desk who also apologised, I felt the Manager should have been called. We have kept the piece of glass as proof....it is 6 mm in size, (photo attached) my husband had it in his mouth and bit into it, this could have been very dangerous if swallowed. The overall quality of the food was not to our expectations; bacon overcooked and in small pieces, sliced bread very cheap quality, no mushrooms, the fruit salad was poor...2 grapes and a few pieces of pineapple. The hospitality tray in the room had the bare minimum on it, no biscuits, a few instant coffee sachets, 2 pods of milk, a few different t-bags, but the front desk did supply fresh milk when asked. The restaurant is not open on Saturday or Sunday, there are limited snacks available during these times. We stayed at this hotel the week before as we made both bookings at the same time and found problems at breakfast, unfortunately even though the hotel and rooms are very good, we will not be staying again as a hassle-free and good breakfast is very important to us.
Very comfortable & clean.
Car Park - very poor lighting if leaving in the dark - not suitable for single, female guests
Room good, comfortable bed, typical modern Holiday Inn style
Not great value for money, location long way from airport, no shuttle available, taxi expensive, 1 night plus taxi plus one course meal £300+
Don't let the drive to this new Holiday Inn discourage you. It's a little out of the way but still only 10 minutes tops to the Bordeaux airport. The premises were very welcoming as soon as you enter. The room was spacious and comfortable lots of outlets to charge devices; perfectly quiet; brand new wonderful bath. The biggest and nicest surprise was the restaurant. We were kind of dreading the dinner because these types of hotels in France usually don't have decent restaurants. But this one was quite nice. Reasonable menu; well prepared meal and attentive service.
5mins drive from airport, very convenient, and checkout time at midday allowed us to relax before flight.Buffet breakfast was fairly high quality with a number of different cooked and un-cooked elements, including smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, pancakes, good quality breads.Appears to be newly-built- furnishings and decor in the communal areas and room were to a high standard.Convenient plug sockets in the room including USB.Swimming pool available (didn't use).Large parking garage.Staff at reception were very nice.Set up baby cot for us quickly at short notice.
The surroundings is a bit of a construction site at the moment. There isn't a nice view from the windows. The room was hot and air conditioning control quite difficult to use.
I liked how clean the hotel was and I enjoyed the breakfast
Little but far out of town for me, but I picked this hotel because of the prices and free parking. Great location for the airport
This hotel is new. Loved the decorations. Bedroom very comfortable. Breakfast choice very good Staff very knowledgeable. Many spoke English. Stayed an extra night.
Swimming pool too small.Didn't like the opaque sheeting obscuring the view on the balcony. I guess it's to keep flies out. Shame for this.
We have stayed in many Holiday Inn hotels but never one as nice. The hotel is new, however, the attention to detail, great staff and our spotless, extremely comfortable room was above and beyond. The room was well sized for a European hotel, and the AC worked great, beds were more like a much higher end hotel, and the room was extremely quiet. Loved that there was no harsh perfumes in the hotel as many French hotels have "signature" scents. Ordered room service and the food was very good. Staff spoke English, and the hotel was close to the airport which was great for our departure date.
The hotel is not located to explore, but is perfect for a quiet night or two before departure (or when first arriving). Would have been nice to have a free airport shuttle (like another nearby hotel that we don't favor), but the staff did pre-order us a taxi which was prompt, spotless and with a great driver.
Rooms were spacious & comfortable, staff friendly, plenty of parking.
We stayed on a Sunday & was informed the restaurant was not open at the weekends. It's crazy!
Very comfortable & clean with helpful friendly staff
Location was very good but you need transport to the terminals at the airport. I had a car so didn't enquire about shuttle bus or taxi. The breakfast was excellent and the time of availability was good. The restaurant was closed when we arrived on Saturday, so we had to eat out.... this may cause inconvenience to some guests.A fabulous car park belonging to the hotel was adjacent. It is a multi storey type and I noted that there was two charging points for those with electric vehicles. The hotel is new and the public spaces are very clean and pristine. So was our room which was also spacious with modern facilities.
Restaurant closed on arrival on a Saturday evening. The fact that the hotel isn't 'on airport'.
The hotel seems to be brand new and it is beautifully decorated. The room is spacious, it has elevators for travelers with big suitcases and the shower is good. There is also parking available without extra charge. Would definitely stay again on a future trip.
It is a bit far from the city, so I believe you do need a car to reach the hotel. Also, the room doesn’t have a refrigerator. Apart from this, the experience was very good.
