Good airport hotel

A lot further than it suggested from the airport. You have to walk more than expected. Be warned if you have heavy baggage.

Simplicity, staff and wonderfully clean and modern shower room.

Small fridge and water in the room.

Friendly staff. Good location close to airport. Evening meal was good.

Room was a bit stuffy making it feel warmer than needed. A shuttle to airport would be a nice extra. Breakfast could be more varied. Not much offered in terms of hot items.

The room was clean, pleasantly decorated and the bed comfortable. There was a coffee machine in the room.The tram line to the airport was directly outside the hotel so very convenient for getting to the airport especially as I had a very early flight.

The room temperature was set at 19 degrees which is the French government’s recommended room temperature but I found it a little cool and would have liked a bit more heat. I was unable to change it. This made the room uncomfortable for me. The restaurant isn’t open at the weekends. I was there on a Friday. I brought food with me but noticed that next door to the hotel there was in fact a restaurant which was open. This would have been good to know in advance.

Long way into Bordeaux for dinner, but very good for getting to the airport

A basic room but done really well. The hotel was really quiet, may have been the time of year, but the room was excellent. Comfy bed and a really nice clean and well lit bathroom. Perfect for a stopover whilst driving to Spain. Receptionist was very helpful, spoke good English (my french is very so so), there is a tram stop outside the front of the hotel so easy to get to Airport if needed. Free parking. Excellent.

I was worried that we were the only guests in the hotel, but this did not affect my stay at all. Just seemed strange as the hotel was excellent.

Elevator was out of service. I had a lot of luggage and a pet and the Taxi drivers had to carry up my bags and bring them down 4 flights of stairs. Only TV channels were all in french. Bed was comfy. Very clean.

Great stay stop over staff very helpful and recommend us to resturant next door and booked table and a very nice meal and great value for money

Well stocked supply of food for breakfast. Comfortable seating and well spaced tables. Good choice of drinks and a good variety of food.

Bar and restaurant were closed on my arrival but fortunately restaurant near by.

Perfectly situated for Bordeaux Airport, the hotel is very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and informative recommending we eat at Au Bureau Brasserie a 5 minute walk away as the hotel's restaurant was closed the nights we stayed

I would recommend Au Bureau - busy with a good atmosphere and good food. I would also recommend the Brit hotel.

A toaster would be a good addition for breakfast

Excellent location. Clean and tidy. Helpful staff. Comfortable bed.

Proximity to airport… I walked but it’s first stop on the tram after leaving airport .. and hotel is directly opposite stop. Also the rooms have a built in charge point for devices beside the bed which is thoughtful .

Despite being refurbished the walls still allow you to hear voices and water running and Loos flushing from other rooms .. take ear plugs like I always do . My one real grumble was the cleaner who decided to talk at full volume on her phone whilst in the corridor and outside my room whilst doing her duty.. not thoughtful about guests resting .

Good value stop over for an early flight. Worth what we paid.

Room was fine but communal areas are tired.

We got there from a 5-star hotel in town to catch our flight early in the morning. The his hotel had a coffee machin3 with capsules, which I appreciated, it had slippers ( Marriot for bath robe and slippers wanted +€5/person, I got slippers free

Nice room and new bathroom

Bathroom cold. I couldn’t regulate the temperature of the room. No plugs in room working so couldn’t charge phone. Tv couldn’t make it louder than level 7 so very difficult to hear. Wasn’t offered wifi code . Bar area had no personality bar staff rude. Had attitude.

Needed a hotel close to the airport as early morning flight, tram stop right outside so very convenient.

Reception requires some updating. Would be nice to have a rail in the shower as nothing to hold onto for the more elderly person.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Great spot to stay before or after a flight out of BOD

The restaurant is just passable, no warmth or style, limited choices.
