Hotel Wood Inn Bordeaux Aéroport

Nothing special

Small roomAC not workingSpecially late check in is challenge

Excellent stop over. Great value. Staff were very helpful.

The breakfast was just “ok” no great choice. But OK

Comfortable beds and a very nice breakfast!

Very bad internet

Perfect location for airport with supermarket closeby. The hotel seems new enough and the bed was comfortable, Also, three beds to a room a good format.

Nail clippings and debris from a previous guest. I had to ask the guy on reception for a hoover to 'do it myself', only to find the toilet bin had used ear buds and the soap dispenser was empty. In total, three trips to reception. I have contacted the hotel for some kind of compensation, but so farnot heard a thing. WiFi mediocre with in room Netflix not functioning.

This is a great hotel choice for a stay close to the airport. It was cheap to book so I was pleasently supprised by how nice the room was, all new, clean and comfortable.

It was all good

Great parking and near the airport

The rooms can do with cleaning especially the bathroom, the taps the walls were all dirty. Poor WiFi. Towels too small.

Perfect overnight for an early flight. Tram A stop in sight of hotel runs regularly from 4am. Easy into Bordeaux and to airport.

I can't think of anything. Staff were helpful. Was exactly what we were expecting. A cheap and convenient place to stay near the airport for an early flight.

Staff didn't clean room

It was cold during night.Air condition work only for 30 minutes and you need to restart it.Two times we have situation of emergency fire alarm activation, of course probably someone cook or smoke in room.Breakfast is awfull. You have every morning 4-5 slices of cheese and sousage, few boiled eggs and awfull non cleaned tables.Recepcion is closed from 22:00 and if you go out and have issue with room card, you will sleep outside.Internet is so bad, i didn' t have signal ( room was at middle of facility). In room you have smart tv, but without option to connect it to internet.Personellon reception is ok, no problem with it, lot of person know english language.

Proximity to the airport .The extremely helpfulness of the staff in sorting out additional accommodation for the day ahead

The breakfast options, was just a cold buffet

Checked out before breakfast was available(04:00 am)

confirmed reservation for parking, not first come first served.

Good breakfast selection

Very dated and dark decor. The air con didn’t work properly so we had the most uncomfortable night.

I liked the key box for checking-in late at night. I liked the room it was small but comfortable for one night. The bathroom was nice and modern. There was a vending machine at the entrance. Breakfast was a buffet with tea or coffee from a machine, cereals with milk, yogurts, stewed apples compôte, fruit salad, brioche bread to toast and a selection of jams. Normal French bread, hard boiled eggs. A nice little sitting room off the lobby to wait for my parents.Staff friendly..

I arrived at night the area around the hotel was quite dark. I didn't see any signposts to the hotel. I walked from the nearest tram stop. If you have alot of luggage it would be better to take a taxi from the airport.

Close to Airport. Easy walk to airport, or take the tram. I only give this hotel a 7 because of the sound isolation between rooms should be better. Everything else was good. The outside suroundings are quiet and nice.

Room was a bit small. There is a door in the hall that makes a lot of noise when open/close. Should be easy to fix.

Great bed ! Good location

Strange srvice. The place looked empty

No evening food available and no restaurant open nearby, no taxi available reception couldn’t speak English. People walking around upstairs back door open all night didn’t feel safe / secure

Improve above

The location is near to restaurant and bus stop. A shopping mall is within walking distance from the hotel.

I am very grateful for the cleaning and the cheerful staff who had to deal with our dirty room.

The kitchen had no scissors and the milk was leaking.

There are plenty of various shops and restaurants, perfect for quick night.Near airport, 10min with public transport.

it was cheap and accessible to the road and public transport networks . the breakfast was good value for money

the twin bedded room was tiny and very noisy . The corridor smelt . The staff were hapzardly inconsistent
