Location to Tram, restaurant, free breakfast & free airport shuttle!

Plastic mattress protector on top of the pad makes for a HOT bed. Towels & pillows THIN! Talking from nearby rooms can be heard through the walls. Not fun at 1 am.

Very close to the airport

No management way of running the place.The room is very small, and the bed is comfortable. The central heating system is broken, so they placed a small heater in the room where there is no air circulation. It is over-dry and heats up the old, stale air, making you feel very uncomfortable and find it difficult to breathe. Typical dysfunctional French bathroom. Once you take a shower, the water is all over the floor. Ps. The hotel’s airport shuttle service only runs every half hour, starting at 7 am, and can accommodate only 4 passengers at a time. Also, the public tram system only runs at 6:30am and not before.Therefore, if you have a flight before that, you are on your own to get to the airport.

Close to the airport and the hotel shuttle was convenient.

It was a Sunday so we knew that the restaurant was closed but the bar wasn't open either. With no tea or coffee making facilities the whole experience was disappointing. We will not be using the Ibis chain again.

Great location in front of the Caroline Aigle tramway stop, 7 minutes from the airport so very convenient for the airport.

Nasty smell of drains in my room and as I arrived very late, couldn’t ask to be moved.

Close to airport. Breakfast good.

Needs some modernizing and minor repairs.

Location was handy for the airport.

Grubby. Could do with a good scrub out. Peeling sticky tile covers in bathroom. Bathroom mouldy. Very cheap toilet roll. Carpet in bedroom sticky. Lock on entrance door had been busted and badly repaired. Security chain on inside door?? Very Worrying. Also No tea/coffee facilities in room. Receptionist was lovely. Breakfast good but no staff around. Will definitely NOT be back.

The location is relatively close to the airport, yet out of walking distance. The garden is nice and they serve dinner.

I’ve stayed here two times and both stays were terrible. The rooms are worn out, they don’t have functioning airconditioning unless you complain and get another room (happened 2 times). And the rooms make you feel sad when in them. The airport shuttle schedule starts way too late which means you still need to arrange your own transport to the airport terminal for early morning flights. A basic level of service is not achieved by this hotel.

So near the airport and tram stop from Bordeaux city centre. Appreciated the shuttle bus to the airport so I did not have to carry my own luggage.

Disappointed to learn that there were no restaurant facilities that evening and had to ask the receptionist to make me a coffee and buy a bottle of water. As a solo traveller her suggestion that I could go to the sister hotel for a meal was not really viable in the dark! Would expect this to be more prominent on your website that the restaurant is closed on certain evenings. Maybe you could add this going forward. Luckily I had bought a cookie at a local patisserie so this had to keep me going until breakfast as there were no vending machines either!

Shabby, tub didn’t drain , small space

Breakfast was OK. Location convenient to Bordeaux airport

Restaurant closed. Chipped tub. Lights burned out in the bathroom. Room door misaligned and very difficult to close. Lengthy time to get any "hot" water. A restaurant backwater, very little around the area to walk to. I realize that Ibis Styles are not supposed to be a high end hotel but this was just not good.

On arrival I was told that the restaurant and bar closed for the weekend, and the shuttle transport was not operating early enough for my flight. There may have been something in the small print that said the restaurant/bar facilities were unavailable, but I didn't see anthing and would not have made the booking had I known.

They had a hot shower and close to the airport.

I don't usually say anything, However this was so disappointing that I thought I had to say something. The staff member when we arrived was nice, but then after that very unfriendly. As soon as you get off the lift on the floor you feel like it is just an old dirty hotel that needs a good clean. The room mirror was broken when we walked into our room, part of the skirting was coming off and the curtains where just dirty and felt as if they were going to fall apart. The carpet needs to be ripped up the walls were all peeling. The aircon didn't work. The breakfast was horrible.

24 hours reception. Comfortable bed and spacious shower. Close to the tram line but was not operational at night.

18 minute walk from the airport, a little too far especially at night. Breakfast sparse and minimal options that were GF. Had to cook my own eggs!

The property is depressing & dated, & we couldn’t wait to leave. The hall carpets are grungy, the room curtains were shredded in places & fell off the runner when opened. The decor was like something out of 1970’s hotel, which was extremely disappointing as we upgraded to the Ibis Styles thinking it would be a nice modern hotel. We weren’t expecting 5 star but I would not even rate this hotel 1 star ⭐️
