Close to the airport, dining and service was very good.

The room had mosquitos. Bitten quite a few times.

Poor quality service in the restaurant. Entrées ordered were never delivered unbelievably slow and understaffed on a Saturday night.

Very friendly and efficient staff (front desk, bar and restaurant). My room on the 4th floor was very quiet with an extra internal door. Close enough to the airport to walk (15 to 20 mins). Nespresso machine and pods plus a kettle and water in the fridge.

A very slightly dated room with limited tea options. Although this is being very picky!

No robes, no complimentary water in the room. Prefer walk in shower to shower over the bath.

We could hear the pounding music of the nightclub late into the night. It made it very hard to sleep. The staff did not help us with our bags, nor offer the use the baggage trolley. They just us vague instructions as to where to catch the hotel shuttle resulting in a 45 min wait in freezing cold temperatures outside.

Great breakfast the next morning

Hard to organise shuttle service at night and ended up walking from the airport with a newborn at 11pm

A comfortable well appointed room. Restaurant (dinner) very good. Breakfast selection (cold meats & cheese) very good but the hot food selection rather limited and basic. Staff helpful and courteous. Excellent location for the airport

ExcellentLocation coming from the airport for an overnight stay. We departed to our holiday destination the next morning. Breakfast was very good.

We had dinner at the hotel on Sunday night. The menu was very limited. We both ordered Croque Monsieur, which we did not like at all. It seemed totally overcooked. This was a big disappointment.

Navette from airport. Bat open until the last customer finished. Perfect room.

The hotel is a basic airport hotel .We asked to book a table for dinner and we were told no tables available until 20.15 ( we had a very early flight the next morning ) Whennwe went to the bar at 19.00 the restaurant had 4 people at one table dining . We asked if we could possibly have a quick meal . We were told no , they were expecting large groups of people , they obviously never arrived ! We got a table at 19.30 and had a quick but adequate meal . The large groups of people never arrived !

The young staff were charming , but the whole atmosphere of the hotel is cold and unwelcoming .
