Kyriad Bordeaux - Merignac Aéroport

Clean / modern

No light at night time to see where to put the card key, delaying entrance on a rainy day

Nothing, but receptionist

It is january and I sleep with jacket on me. Is almost as cold as outside

Comfortable beds and pillows.Very pleasant and helpful receptionist.

The room catered for only one person, ie towels, tea/coffee.

Very convenient from the airport after a late flight.

The door into the bathroom didn't fit and probably never had, but it didn't matter to us too much as we are a couple.

Location close to tram line for airport. Excellent breakfast. Comfy beds

Rooms quite small but only there for one night so really not a problem

The accommodation was comfortable.Close to public transport stop.Breakfast.Helpful staff.Free parking.

There was a draft around the door, so it was always cold in the room.

Front desk was fantastic. Free coffee! We didn’t have time for breakfast but it looked fantastic. Perfect location for the tram down town. Quick and easy

Location

Smell in roomVery Noisy

For one night is ok, near to the airport

the heater wasn’t working

Helpful staff and close to the team for the airport

WiFi and cell coverage was terrible

Good location, 4 minutes walk to nearest tram line into Bordeaux and five minutes drive from the motorway.Very comfy beds and quiet.

The towels were very thin which was a shame

Room not too bad

Hard to find No signs No info at airport. No info on website No clue as to where hotel was from tram Dark nasty looking pathway to units . Couldn’t find where to put card for lights — not everyone knows . Small towels

Wonderful stay with a truly delightful receptionist we think called Feriel. Nothing was too much bother. Great on site bar with lovely fresh pizzas available. Great location for the airport. Exceptional value for money. Comfortable beds with the added bonus of a kettle which was lovely in the morning. Shall definitely use this hotel again if we have early flights.

The location near the airport. There is ample parking. The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable. Large shower. Helpful staff. Easy walk to tram for centre of Bordeaux. Great breakfast. Highly recommend.

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel. It’s great!

The staff could not be more helpful and polite. As good as I’ve ever experienced.

The bed was incredibly hard, but for a budget hotel it wasn’t much of a disappointment.

Convenient, clean

The place is showing its age. Difficult to carry cases up spiral stairs.

Good breakfast, confortable bed and good shower. 15 min from the airport

rooms are clean, good mattres, parking on the hotel premises for free, near to the airport

first room air condition had a damaged control. We changed rooms swiftly without hassle.

Lady at reception (Sophie?) exceptionally helpful. Fixed for very early morning pick up for airport and arranged for a room on ground floor for taxi to pick up from. Room clean and comfortable, location perf3ct for airport.

Staff were very pleasant. Good value hotel room. Clean.

The bedroom was warm during the night, but we weren't able to change the temperature on the air conditioning. The bar closed at 9pm which was disappointing as there were no other bars nearby
