Location , kind reception, nice breakfast.

The only thing is the bed sheets that cover the mattress. It’s a paper that comes off during the night.

Clean, friendly staff and location to airport.

Location is good. Secure parking. Room feel spacious. Bed linen lovely. Plenty of hot water. Love the low level lighting options

Hate the clothes hangers - really fiddly and rail full with just one ski jacket and a jumper.Very little space around the sink to place toiletries.

Near the airport, clean, well appointed, 24/7 reception, great for late night arrivals.

Directions on how to get to betel to airport would have been useful.

Staff lent me a hairdryer.

The shower, sink and therefore the extractor were in the bedroom. The extractor was about as loud as an aircraft taking off and there was no way to switch it off. My watch recorded I had five minutes of sleep in the entire night. It was, by the longest possible mark, the worst hotel stay of my life which has included a lot of travel. I wouldn't return if I was paid.

Staff at reception was very friendly and helpful. Room had almost everything you would expect.

Soap at the sink would have been nice, as the first thing you would do after entering the room is wash your hands.

Avoid!

Cheap is one thing and we were only there a few hours before an early start but seriously this is poor all around. Trust me pay out more for a room you can swing a cat in and a bed you can get in and out if!

Very convenient near airport and very near tram stop. Breakfast was laid out nice and early and had an excellent choice.

The corridors were noisy and room was much too hot even when I turned heating down to minimum. I went in early February!!!

It was near the airport, comfortable with all the facilities we needed for one night. The breakfast was very good too.

This is such a simple solution for me when I come into Bordeaux late at night. I was able to get my bags and walk there in just 10 minutes from the airport. The next morning I walked back to rent a car. This is the second time I have stayed there and its really perfect for me. Tiny perfect room with a tiny perfect ensuite shower and toilet. Reminds me of a train sleeper, but I really love it.

We had to stay one night around the airport for unexpected reasons. So communication was really important. They were quick to answer to my questions and pinpoint answers. For that unexpected reason, the price, facility and the location was just did the job for us. Cleanliness was also good!

Not really anything. But I would not stay for holiday but pre and post flight.
