Reception was often closed. No way to enter building without code (never given). No air conditioning in 38 degree celcius weather. Unacceptable in 2019

Perfect for overnight stay next to the airport. Easy to check in after reception was closed.

Very bare bones room. No simple amenities, not even coffee. Breakfast starts late for an airport hotel, 6:45AM and it’s not mentioned anywhere in property description. Luckily, desk rep allowed us to select some leftover items at checkin since our room included breakfast.

The noise of some other guests in a room next to mine. They couldn't stop talking at 1 am in the morning. This was quite annoying.

Good, quitly, free parking. Special thanks to Melissa, she was the boss of the reception of the Hotel during our time. Bright Lady, sunny smile , and very helpfull. Thank you Melissa.

Great quality / price

The main heater didn’t seem to work so I used the bathroom heater. Also an extra blanket might have been nice to have available.

It was a great little suite with a small but functional kitchenette. The room was simple but super clean and excellent value for the money. The reception staff was very attentive and friendly. They helped my book a taxi to the airport for a very early flight the next morning. The hotel is close to the tram that goes direct to the airport or downtown and public transit is very easy and less than 2 euros per trip. I can't think of a single thing to complain about

Staff welcoming & security good: Apartment was compact & had everything one needed: clean & tidy.

Reason for being there was proximity to airport- thus planes taking off 6am onwards, seemed to become/s window & visitors arriving at 2am, was distributive

Clean and fair price accomodation. Close to public transport to downtown.

WIFI very poor (4th floor). Breakfast was ok but items gone were not restocked. (Eggs, fruitsalad, orange juice)

It's new, spacious, clean and has a kitchenette and a parking . Very convenient for those who want to stay near the airport., only ten minutes.. Comfortable beds It's only hotels around.

No hair dryer in the room. I suppose reception may have, but when I needed it, reception was closed

Parking. Not enough spaces

Value for money. Staff were lovely, really efficient and friendly. Spotlessly clean and the breakfast was decent, in that it was good quality and a great selection of food. We would readily return if back in the area. This place is amazing value.

Not enough utensils, sharp knives and only one glass type. We needed champagne flutes and wine glasses! (It was a special occasion). Apart from that. Superb.

Super close to the airport, clean rooms, huge, very comfortable bed, very friendly and helpful reception!!

Easy to get to by light rail from Bordeaux city and easy to continue on to airport by same way. Room was big, clean and with a functional kitchenette. Staff were lovely and helpful. A much better experience than expected. Thank you.

Absolutely nothing.

The room was clean, the parking was free undre the building, nice staff at the reception in the morning.

No mosquito nets for the windows and no air conditioning are not the best combination for sleeping at night, especially in Summer.
