The cleanliness, the treatment of staff, the facilities, the spa. The room layout.

The comfort of the beds, if it was possible to have them adapted to the person’s need it would have been a 10/10 experience. More vegetables as well as fish would have been better.

Everything- the facilities were fantastic, everything is super clean, it's right by the beach, the pool is fantastic, the staff were great, amazing food.

The breakfast finishes at 10.30am and check out us at 11am, so the morning was a bit rushed. We didn't like that.

Not much on the all inclusive drink menu. You could get other drinks in menu, but had to pay half the original price. you also had to finish the drink you have, before you can order another.

Beachfront location, nice beach bar and poolside bar. The pool area is great, really well maintained. It felt really safe as I was travelling alone. Excellent facilities including the spa and the restaurant with wonderful chefs. Really close to other nice places to eat. Good location to rent a bike and cycle along the coast exploring. All the rooms have a balcony and sea view.

Nothing really! Santa Susanna isn’t really my kind of place, I preferred the culture in Barcelona but it was nice to relax and recharge and there are some nice spots to eat.

On the sea. Convenient location an hour outside of Barcelona.Breakfast was very good. The room was spacious. Location to restaurants. walking the boardwalk on the beach.Bottled water provided.

Chair hogging. Not much shade. Would have been nice to have coffee or tea in room. There was a kettle and cups and a fridge. I guess you have to provide you own.

The rooms were very nice, a lot of space and comfortable, a nice bathroom, the whole staff was very nice, especially in the restaurant but at the bar at noon some improvements can be done

Breakfast was ok, the diner not always but the staff serving the drinks were perfect, the staff from the kitchen not top because not customer friendly

The property was modern and clean

We were all inclusive and the buffet got very repetitive

Great location. Beautifully decorated. The pool was fantastic and is a stone throw away from the beach! Lovely overall I will definitely be staying here again when I'm in the area

Very nice hotel, next to the sea. Easy parking. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Everything was perfect including spacious and comfy bed.

Cleaning lady could do a bit better job in the room and spa facilities needs some improvements. Other than that is a great hotel.

Very clean, friendly helpful staff, hotel is right on the beach, good amount of sun beds, lots of options at breakfast at dinner. Nice touches like being able to get a take away breakfast when checking out early. Rooms made up each day with more water provided. This hotel has all bases covered, can’t fault anything.

Nothing to mention other than the gym isn’t great but it didn’t affect my stay.

Location is great! All staff was so helpful, and special thanx to Alex and Valentina, as they have responded to all our needs without delay. Thanx to housekeeping which was doing very detailed job, and thanx for a special surprise message on our bed, the last night at the hotel. :)Thanx to the restaurant team, the food was so delicious and with a lot of variety.

The pool area could be bigger, but it was manageable.We would suggest, if snack bar can offer the ice-cream , as it is a bit annoying to leave the pool area and go somewhere else for an ice-cream, in a such a hot weather :) Best regards to all the team. Jelena et Gabi (room 702) :)

The staff at this resort were exceptional! Fantastic customer service! The hotel is clean and tidy all the time.It is right on the beach, and close to shops / restaurants and a few bars. Nothing we didn't like about the hotel. We would highly recommend it. Only down side for us was that there weren't may bars around with music / live music, but that is no fault of the hotels

Location was superb, sea view and extremely close to the beach. The room was comfy and had a nice view. The pool was very nice.

There weren’t enough sunbeds/ parasol for everyone in the hotel. The cleaning of the room was quite poor (our water glass wasn’t changed not even once during 5 nights, for instance), and the toilet paper quality was very bad for a 4+ star hotel. The elevator is super tiny and slow.

The hotel was spotless, and the staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous, such as a range of foods and gluten-free. I would highly recommend this hotel for a lovely relaxing break. The added touch of Champagne ? on arrival was nice. They have a spa, and the treatment were reasonable, but do book early!

The only downside I felt was that the room was small and near the door, so you felt sometimes that the people outside in the corridor were in your room!You could hear everything.
