I do not recommend this hotel.From the moment we arrived, the older woman with white hair at reception was visibly annoyed. When I mentioned that I have two addresses, she glared at me and sneered, “Are you rich?” Seriously?Later that night, my friend and I were in bed when someone knocked on our door. We didn’t respond, but a staff member entered the room anyway - while we were naked. I shouted, “Just go!”, but his poor English made the situation even more awkward. It was a total violation of our privacy.I had originally booked for one person on Booking.com and added my friend at check-in. Although I paid in total 550 € for two people for three nights, the receptionist messed up the reservation. Then at 06:00, a security guard started banging on our door, shouting that only one guest was registered. No apology - just rude yelling that ruined my sleep.Breakfast and dinner were just as bad. The food was low quality, even water cost extra, and the Spanish staff couldn’t explain anything on the menu due to their poor English. I gave up and skipped most of it.Both the white-haired receptionist and the guard were arrogant and unfriendly. Waking us up at 06:00 with no apology is just unacceptable.Avoid this place.

The location is nice as it is at the insection so easy to walk to. The rooms are nice and large, and all have terraces. The king-size beds are excellent. The showers are good also.The food offered in the buffet style crestaurant is varied in flavors and allows you a good selection to choose from.Our plan did not include beverages but we would get a beverage from the bar next door and bring to dinner.My food preference is gluten free so at each meal I revieved a basket with bread and a separate dessert. This was an appreciated touch.

In the room there only seemed to be descafeinado coffee which seems a bit odd.And I paid the 10€ charge for the spa and did try out the heated various heated pools at the spa. While enjoyable and therapeutic, I found myself feeling as if I was sitting in a pool of floating dead skin particles and, while the steam and dry steam were fantastic.

We were here for a weekend festival and really enjoyed this hotel! We stay in hotels of this type/category often for festivals, and this was one of the best ones we've recently been to for the best price:- Amazing price/quality ratio - for what we paid what we got was really good- Great food breakfast & dinner buffets, the food is varied and most importantly good quality (the best in a hotel of this category in Spain I've been to this year by far) - and the best coffee I've had in hotels recently (Nespresso machine!)- liked that the room had a separate "living room" and bedroom - this was perfect for our purposes (when we return at different times) - staff were great and always helpful, everything well organised- really comfortable beds & great that the hotel offers twin beds, too & "nórdica" blankets (i.e. north/eastern European type of a blanket to sleep, instead of a regular blanket common in Spain :) )- good location in the middle of the hotel zone in Santa Susanna- modern look of the food interior and the rooms, nice (though small) pool area

There are only a couple of small things that would need improvement: - the WiFi speed is really poor - if I had to work during my stay, for example, I would have a problem, and I wasn't able to do many things now, so I had to do without good WiFi - so I would highly recommend the property fixes that - we had the bad luck of getting a room that was right next to the engines/ventilation (?) of the hotel - so anytime we opened the bathroom window there was a huge amount of noise, which was a bit annoying- from the outside the hotel doesn't look like much (grey walls and all) - but inside it's modern - so maybe would be good to consider repainting it to give it a nicer look to be more appealing and matching with what's inside :)

Everything was absolutely perfect! Close to the beach, clean, comfortable, good value for money. I must say that the food was fabulous! Every evening there were different shows (music, dance etc.) organized, which was so much fun. The place itself (Santa Susana) is peaceful and nice, we had a great time with the kids. Wifi was great, everyday cleaning, parking lot (paid extra, but worth it). You can, also, catch a free parking close to the hotel, but we didn`t want to take chances. All in all, one great experience!

Great Hotel with exceptional staff,special thanks to Pilar who changed our room because we were with the baby and had some uncomfortable issues.We were on full board,the restaurant is very clean,food fresh,always great variety.The restaurant staff always very polite,friendly,great attitude towards children.And the Most important thing about the restaurant -at breakfast a great nespresso coffee is available! Highly recommend the hotel.

Nice pool, but cold in the summer time ? Hotel clean and smells fresh. Air conditioning is integrated so it is a big +, more comfortable.

Drinks in the bar is expensive and simple. International hotel in Callela is much better bar- restaurant. The pillow in the room looks like decorative. I go to buy normal pillow for sleeping ?. All inclusive food is nothing special, the meat was cooked, half rubbery.

Very friendly & helpful staff. The outside area & swimming pool was superb, plenty of comfy sun loungers & beautifully landscaped. The bar was really good & again staff were exceptional. There were fridges in each room & the reception gave me a kettle when I asked them. The left luggage facilities plus showers & ability to keep pool towels until we left was a real bonus too. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable & cleaning staff were very good.

Not much - the showers ran hot & cold at times, but nothing to complain about really.

I stayed in this hotel may times in the past before COVID and I am happy to report that it is still a great place to stay.Rooms are spacious and very clean;Beds are comfy and pillows are actually comfy too this time (was not the case a few years back);The staff is friendly and helpful;Perfect location for local hikes or if you arrived by car. Train station is a bit far (10-15 minutes on foot) otherwise.

Wifi has solid coverage, but is quite slow;Dinner menu is a lot less varied than before COVID. Quality is still great, just seems simpler than before;The paid room safebox option needs to go, it should be included into the base price.

The staff is very friendly, the value for the money is very good, perfect for family trips, plenty of nice places around to visit especially if you are by car but not only, the train connection to Barcelona is very good.

The beds can be a bit more comfortable, especially the extensible couch. Food: the quality of the meat can be better ?

The property looks good at first glance but the rooms are worn and not great. Staff were friendly and chatting.

The hotel has a nightclub in front of it which is very popular with young people. It is extremely nosey until at least 1:30am. The rooms have very thin walls and therefore you can hear everything. The rooms are tired and dated. No entertainment even though advertised. Santa Susanna is very quiet and I think it will be better in a few years, for now it’s boring with little to do.

The apartment is spacious, staffs are friendly.

The bathroom smells bad, I must close the door all the time. I can't suffer this. Everything is old.

Tasty breakfast

The room was small and faced the roof with many air conditioners that hum at night and do not allow the window to be opened, so it is very stuffy. if you turn on the air conditioning, it blows directly onto the sleeping area. the sofa was terribly uncomfortable, lumpy, it was not for sleeping, the hotel should not sell it as a sleeping place! bed linen with holes (I've never slept so badly). the shower leaks in several places, while you take a shower, everything around you floods with water, the shower needs to be repaired!! There is a smell of smoking in the hotel lobby. Absolutely one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

Friendly stuff, very nice welcome. We arrived after 22 and by request they left us a dinner to eat.

Our room has window to noisy strèet that never sleeps. People very loud even at 3 a.m.

No iron or kettle in room,

We really like the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. All staff are welcoming and attentive. Spacious room and wide pool. We also love the elegant restaurant with its buffet.
