The staff was wonderful. Room was cleaned daily and the meals were divisive and tasty. The beach is close and there are a lot of shops and restaurants near by.

There is no door on the bathroom. Taking a shower is a challenge when traveling with more people. A nontransparent glass on the shower would be good

Food was absolutely disgusting, we had dinner and breakfast but we not even eat this , fish was raw !!! J would never eat in this hotel

That the hotel was very clean

The staff were very rude and unfriendly, especially the female manager in the restaurant. The food was not good, the hot food wasn't hot, or even warm, felt very sick after lunch on the second day and didn't go back to the restaurant again after that.

Was put in a handicapped room. I am tall and the mirror was at my chest height. It was on the ground level and it was noisy. I wanted to have the fresh air and didn't feel safe on that level. I asked for a room change and they were unable or unwillingly to accommodate me. That was disappointing. I would not recommend booking a regular room. Probably worth paying for an upgrade.

Sometimes food could have been warmer

After a dreadful night in another hotel close by we checked out and rediscovered this hotel. I say rediscovered as we have stayed before but hadn't remembered until we walked up the ramp. Staff friendly, rooms clean and spacious. Didn't eat or drink there so can't comment.

Heard everything from the room next door from a couple that kept slamming doors and talking very loudly. Also the balcony was small and seats are too low down.

Amazing hotel and location (with the beach literally a few steps away), with awesome kind staff. Even though there were a lot of people, it didn't feel cramped at all, it was super comfortable. Food was delicious, with a lot to choose from. There is a lot to do too, every night there is some kind of entertainment at the bar/pool area, which also serves as a perfectly pleasant hang-out area.

With All inclusive being available 11 am to 11 pm, you don't get anything, even a bottle of water before 11 am, but that's just a little inconvenience that you can totally work with and it's not a dealbreaker. Also it's kinda weird that the bathroom doesn't come with a door, but again, not a dealbreaker :)

It wasn’t clean enough, staff wasn’t very helpful.

Very comfortable and clean hotel. Perfect location. The food also was very delicious. I was impressed how many efforts were taken by staff cooking mini things, like canapés or small portions of various salads. This is not usual in the hotels I suppose.. Several times there were a chocolate fondue very liked by kids. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed every day as well.The hotel is located on the promenade with lot of shops, the destination to the sea just some few meters. The staff is very polite and friendly. We spent 17 days and are thankful for the wonderful atmosphere and emotions we got.

Verry clean, food was good

Hidden things like having to cross a railway to get to the beach wich u cant see from the photos provided, paying for parking wich again u have to dig deeper to find out that u have to pay for it and when u have 3 options, breakfast, halfboard and full board, for someone that doesn't afford to go on a holiday verry often, they should mention that drinks are not included in the full board. Not even water for kids or juice. If ur travelling with kids and share the room, u havent got privacy in the shower wich i think its unusual, was having to tell my 11 yr old to stay in a part of the room and dont move till i finished the shower. Big language barrier.

Location 3 minutes from the beach on foot. Very well organized hotel. Impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel. Delicious food. Swimming pool always with chairs and sun loungers available all day.

Entertainment.

The hotel had plenty of sunbeds to choose from. The staff were very nice who brought you food/ drinks. Reasonably priced if you dont book all inclusive as well. Lots of cocktails to choose from. The breakfast was lobely, lots to choose from. pancakes, churros, cooked breakfast, fruit etc. The reception staff were lovely & very helpful. The location was great, Straight out of the hotel and onto the main front promenade.

The lifts in the hotel were very slow, it took ages for them to come. They also were warm and stuffy & had no aircon in them. The room was fine but the aircon wasnt very powerful, and they only give you 1 card to use for the room so if you plan on keeping the aircon on so its nice and cold when you return, then you cant.

We got a clean and spacious room with a nice view, and the staff were friendly and welcoming (especially Laura). The pool was nice and clean.

The breakfast buffet was the same every day, and the food was not very good or fresh. We didn't eat at the restaurant, so we cannot comment on that.

The entrance is not clear. The car has to stop in the middle of the road to drop us off.No parking nearby.

I didn’t like anything about this hotel. it should be rated a 2 star. I was so disappointed. the room we had was small, what was advertised is not what we got, which then questions the price. I would never return to this hotel. the location wasn’t too bad, lots of shops close by and the beach a 2 minute walk away, so that was nice.

the bed sheets didn’t even fit the bed. when we arrived to our room, the balcony door was wide open. on day 2, we were woken up, due to it being extremely hot, so for some reason the heating came on, which was never touched by us since we arrived. went down for breakfast, we was told to wait, as we were “too big” of a group. There was 7 of us.

I have stayed at marapins 5 times and will book for next season,

The sausages at breakfast do not cater for british citizens .

All was so nice , we was so surprised) i will recommended this hotel for family . Best location, quiet , clean, the personal is so kind and helpful .

Bad , it was so bad the mattress in our room , and i see in the first day in bathroom 2 cockroaches . But after was nothing. All was clean
