Everything! Localisation...food was great...rooms spacious and beds are comfy...no negative comments

the pools ,activities they have everyday and the themed buffet, and this is the second time we celebrated our wedding anniversary here with my family, We enjoyed a lot .

It’s pretty nice in the room - big comfortable beds, ventilation and air conditioning system makes good atmosphere ?? Children enjoyed 3 swimming pools, like in aqua park. Dinners in different thematics with music and animators were better than we waiting ? ?? A lot of fruits ? ????? Testy cooking. Good location - 5 min to a beach ? great promenade. Also good logistics. Big parking, bus station, railway station - all you need within walking distance.

The food and drink was awful, nothing but a fast food restaurant, very disorganised and it was like feeding time at the zoo at meal times In need of a renovation!’minimal staff, queued for 30 minutes to get a drink, all cheap spirits and beer also the soft drinks were not of any quality

Room 515 no shampoo when we arrive, it was empty bottles both shower and bathtub. Not clean floor.

When the bathroom got flooded from above, they fixed the problem the day after, and we got our stay upgraded to all-inclusive. 3 double beds in the room was great.We loved the food.

Do not use the claw machine at this hotel if your child gets tempted to win a teddy bear. I call it the thief's mashine. Save your money and go to the shop nearby and buy the plush there. I think the hotel summer 2024 has some plumbing issues. The hot water smelled of sewage.

I was at this property 1 week agoThe staff was rude,doesn’t understand English even the manager of the property his name is Marcelo.Waiter was taking the plates without asking if we finished eating and obviously he smushed a full glass of wine and messed the table and flooded my new Ipad….not helping to clean the table,not apologies or what so ever.At all meals we needed to wait for cutlery and plates,same food every day,not at all times ice cream,swimming pool open at 10:00 even if it sunny before you cannot go,the hotel staff doesn’t allow inflatable swimming toys for kids,there isn’t much entertainment for kids apart from mini club 1h which is colouring and staff doesn’t speak English or some days there is a bit of music but very late from 22:00It was an incident on our stay…fire alarm and staff was unable to explain what happened Room is not cleaned daily.The bar by the swimming pool is closing at 18:00 Even the sea beach is not organised and there aren’t sun beds available.The beach is not sand is pebbles unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this property

Breakfast was good, but dinner time was absolutely mental went out for dinner most nights.

Bed was not comfortable pillows very poor.

The hotel is beautifully renovated and beautifully furnished! The staff is very nice and helpful! The food selection is plentiful and very tasty! The pools were also very pleasant. The programs are also very good!

Upon arrival, the floor in the bathroom was still full of black hair from the previous resident. He stayed there all week! They just tidied up, there was no cleaning! Between the seat cushions and armrests of the armchairs in the entrance lounge, it was full of garbage! The ants swarmed under it! The external elevator should have a glass wall on the outside, because the birds nest in the elevator house and the glass of the elevator is full of bird excrement! The repair of the swimming pool's pavement only started after the opening, even though it could have been done in the morning before! At the fire alarm in the evening, the staff was at a loss as to what to do and what the apparent reason was and how to turn it off! The pool above should have a couple of parasols!

Good location near the beach, supermarket, and train station. The staff was nice and very helpful. ?

Great pool and lots of sun beds. Good choice of all inclusive drinks and not far from a train station, which will get you to Barcelona.

The food was very cold and not enough cutlery and mugs, so had to wait for more to come out. There is no outside seating area once the pool is closed. There is not much around the hotel. A few bars and shops. Not a lot really.

Food wasn’t great to be honest. But you could always find something to eat Bar inside was closed most the day which was disappointing It was very busy and quite noisy of a night No disco or music for children before 10pm

Entertainment not sure if it was because it was end of season but Entertainment was not great first night they had a Disney little show for the kids which was lovely and another night a magician. But every other night was a disco which was loud and the same each night

Great pool for the little ones and slides for bigger kids, too! Nice rooms, especially the ones with a sea view. Good parking facilities just outside of hotel for free. Nice & friendly staff, too. Definitely good value for money - we got a full board without alcohol and it was totally a steal ?

The building has seen better days and ventilation in the restaurant area could be improved to remove the food odors better. Food quality is ok if you are not picky, but will be an issue for anyone with a more refined taste. Finally, the public areas are noisy, especially in the evenings, but there are rooms looking the other direction, too.

Very good the children enjoy the pools

I felt they could have more entertainment at night as it’s a family hotel the entertainment could have been on longer maybe to closing as we had to leave and go to different places for entertainment

The pool facilities were great and ideal for our 4 year old I must of got 20,000 plus steps in day running around that pool. The staff were fantastic you can see how hard they work. The location along the beach coast is fantastic if you like going for a morning run it's so ideal as its flat and goes on for miles and miles with lots of urban gyms along the routes. For the kids there's lots to do with water sports, trampolines, arcades and tat shops for days. The hotel is 100m from a train station and we travelled back to Barcelona using it and it's so cheap, if you don't have loads of bags I'd use the public transport as its so cheap, reliable and easy to use.

Lack of entertainment in the evenings and when there was it was on really late like 10pm for the magic show. The food and drink was really average we ate out most evenings and getting a drink at the bar was quite often a mission long queues and drinks served in tiny plastic cups I would say there is little value in going all inclusive as the price to eat out and drink isn't too bad. If your a bit stuck up and snobby this place is not for you it's a bit rough nothing to do with the hotel just the ppl it attracts, guests are often quite rude to the staff and let their children run around wild while they are attempting maximum alcohol intake and getting as sun burnt as possible. If you can handle that just get amongst it and you'll be fine.
